No Gap at the Cumberland
An upgrade to a junior suite, the Executive Club and its locality
Our stay was excellent. No complaints at all. We were in an excecutive room but there was a bonus - we were upgraded to a junior suite.

We booked this hotel twice because its location was very convenient for us, it is just beside the Marble Arch Station and it is near the shopping centers at Oxford street. Since we're a family of five, we got one standard double room for our parents and a triple room for my two siblings and I. The size of the rooms were pretty decent if you don't have huge luggages with you. This goes for the bathroom as well. The rooms were simple with a modern design, beds and pillows were comfortable and most importantly, they were kept clean. We availed of their breakfast and they have a variety of food to choose from. I personally love their pork sausage and mushrooms! They also have a vegetarian menu. The men at the concierge were very accommodating. They attended to every need that their guests have. They gladly assisted guests regarding directions, courier service, airport transfers etc. The Cumberland is a very busy hotel with at least 10 people inquiring about something at the concierge but the guys there were patient enough and still all smiles to answer every inquiry. I recommend this hotel for tourists who wish to explore London.

I stayed in room 8002 king room it was small and there was boom sound like some one through a 20 kg weight in the ground near you then you here someone climb steal stairs it was noisy and you here it every day between herer and there but not in night so i was lazy to change the room becoise i alwayes outside. Other than the noise and small rooms the hotel is great every thing is near you withen a walk. If i come again to london i will stay there.
