Good location as it’s very near the main train station - München Hauptbahnhof. Easy access from airport to all different areas in city center or to outskirt areas. Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Spacious room, comfortable bed and nice walk-in shower. It was a nice stay

We were a family of four, had a good stay in Eurostar book hotel. All the staff from the front office to room service were excellent. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the main train station, 15 minutes walk to Marienplatz. Very clean and good selection of breakfast menu. Thank you.

Relly good hotel ”
The hotel is very close to the train station. It looks like a new hotel. The breakfast is rich and the CP value is good. The room suddenly lost power in the early morning, but the front desk staff quickly came to solve the problem. It was great. The room is big enough. Shower towels are thick , not very thin towels like those provided by cheap hotels. 值得推薦給台灣來的旅客!!

Good location. Central station with walking distance. Friendly staffs and clean room. Breakfast a good spread compared to most European hotels, food gets boring especially after you have stayed there for a week.

Good value for money ”
Stayed for 3 nights and everything went well. The double room is a good size for couple or even family with 1 child. Staffs are helpful. Only downside is that it is slightly further then expected from the trains station. It’s take about 8-10 mins walk from station to hotel.

Excellent Hotel”
The hotel was very clean, in an excellent location that was couple of minutes from a central train station and 15-20 minutes walk to the MarienPlatz. We really enjoyed our time staying at the hotel and loved the reasonably priced Breakfast Buffet. The hotel does need to improve its wifi as it did not work most evenings. However, will definitely choose the same hotel, next time we are in Munich.

Enjoyed my 3 nights' stay!”
Staff are friendly, breakfast spread was good. The room is new and clean. I love the rain shower. Gym is adequately equipped, just that there's like no air-con, felt warm and stuffy even without working out. There's a water dispenser but no water available. The sauna was great, with a nice cosy area next to it.

Good stay except some minor Aircon issues. This is close to HBF station, provided you get out from platform 11 exit , just walking on right hand side 200mtrs. Hotel could not explain as simple as I indicated above

Nice new hotel, value for money but in dodgy area”
Hotel is great value for money - newish, well appointed and spacious rooms. Location is also pretty good - short 3 min walk to the subway and 5min walk to the main train station. There are eateries and supermarket all nearby. Having said that, if you have a family with young kids or solo female travelers, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the surrounding area feels a bit dodgy. Not as nice as the Marienplatz areas.

The hotels positioning is its charm, right next to central station that provides all sorts of transport offers but also a short walk from many attractions. The hotel is basic and provides a for a decent night sleep but it was disappointing that there’s no room service or porters at the hotel. All in all decent.
