A modern and stylish hotel”
The Eurostars Book Hotel is very new and has a very modern style. Rooms are not large but very comfortable and the sound insulations is excellent. The breakfast is great but showed the influence of the spanish owner/operator company as the choice of bread was disappointing, considering the diversity of german bread. The hotel is only 3 walking minutes from the Munich Central train station which makes it easy to go everywhere in Munich and beyond by public transport. The neighbourhood however has little to do with what you would expect of Munich, as you might think to be somewhere in the middle east and not in Germany.
Convenient, fairly modern furnished & close to Hbf”
I have returned for the third time to this hotel, the rate I usually get at Agoda is so good in terms of value-for-the-money, that it usually does not warrant looking for another place to stay. I have found Eurostars Book Hotel to be a reliable 4-star hotel. I find the room comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom is also convenient (for two persons as well due to separate shower and toilet), and the wi-Fi connection is reliable to also do some business-related work. The location is close to Hauptbahnhof and Kaufingerstrasse (for shopping) and the offering at the breakfast buffet works well for me. Staff is friendly too. Even car parking is available and problem-free (self-parking). Overall, I never have any reason to complain and am highly satisfied. So I will just keep coming back (for tourism and for work).
A Surprising Gem”
We were more than surprised by the Eurostars Book Hotel. This proved to be a gem of a hotel in the modest of s busy city. Upon our arrival, Aitor, on the front desk, was very efficient and most accommodating. He was always helpful during our stay and gave us a genuine greeting and helpful advice every day. The room was very clean and modern with ample room for all our things. We were surprised by the large bathroom and the amenities provided. Breakfast was a joy and anticipated daily. It offers so much variety and everything was always fresh. This is a hotel we would definitely book again if ever back in Munich - it met all of our needs aden then some.
Great location and staff”
This is the second time staying at the Eurostars Book hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and breakfast is great. We were able to leave our luggage there for 8 days while doing a road trip this was very convenient and an added bonus to the hotels services. We will stay again when in Munich
Mr and Mrs.”
We enjoyed our star at Eurostar immensely. Staff were extremely helpful and gave us very good recommendations on restaurants, shopping and places of interest. They were ever willing to assist happily. Location is excellent, 3 mins walk to main train station and just minutes walk to the city center and major attractions. Hotel was exceptionally clean and room was very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend Eurostar and it will be my first choice whenever I visit Germany again and in particular Munich. Initially hard to find, but it was worth it.”
Make sure you have proper directions to the Hotel. We didn't so initially it was difficult to find, even though it is only about 200 metres from the Hauptbahnhof. But once there, the Hotel was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast first class. The room itself was spacious and clean and very quiet. The shower was exceptional .... with a high pressure "rain shower" type faucet which was the best we have experienced in several years of travelling. The location was convenient to Marienplatz and all the local attractions, within easy walking distance, so we would definitely recommend this Hotel to people visiting Munich via train.
Comfortable Hotel in the Heart of Munich”
I had a pleasant 4-day stay at Eurostars Book. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist checked us in the room right away. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Central Train Station but not right by it which makes it much nicer with a comfy 10-15 minutes walk to Marienplaz. The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel offers generous breakfast so I would recommend to book the room with breakfast.
Great Hotel at a Great location”
We stayed at Eurostars Book Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. In fact considered extending it but it was fully booked. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Bathrooms are modern and a pleasure to use! Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
Great hotel let down by little things”
Mix bag but overall great stay. Aircon was not working on the first night. Offered to fix the aircon in the morning but no offer to change room, the night shift opened the window for us. Aircon was fixed the following morning and it worked ever since. Hotel provides coffee making facilities but without coffee, can't use the facility. Asked reception for coffee, but apparently the hotel has run out. The coffee replenishment did not come in till the 3rd day and there was only one! There were tea bags though!. This hotel is great. It has better lighting than most of the hotels that we stayed in, there was big mirror with 2 flourescent lights, absolutely fantastic. The toiletries were good. The room size is great and the beddings were good, great bed and good pillow. Oh the shower was the best, One massive rainfall shower head and another for hand held! But the disappointing bit is there are too many light switches grouped together. And the toilet switch was brown, yuck. There are a few scuff marks scratches on the wall which tar this otherwise great hotel. Also, if you have children, watch out for the electrical under the bench, the wiring is dangerous, a bit exposed. My husband noticed it while he was lying on the bed. As for breakfast, it was the best. Plenty of choices and good food. Lots of fresh fruit and hot food and they have different sweet treats every morning. There are a lot of drink choices and cereals and cheeses and breads. Vegos won't miss out that much and the breakfast staff are super helpful. The reception team was good and welcome you with smiles. The waiting area is on the small side and seem to attract a lot of people. If you are coming by train, exit on the main exit (middle), cross the road, then turn on Miller st on the right and the hotel is at the end of the street, literally 2 minutes walk from Hauftbahnhof Oh Munich is so great for shopping, dirt cheap.
A superb Hotel”
Hotel located near to heart of Munich. walking distance to marienplatz. surrounding with a lot budget restaurant; such as fast food, kebab, pizza etc. Room facilities is great. very clean room, comfort bed, basic facilities all ready. the staff service is nice and has great manner. but need to beware your belonging, because the staffs can access to the room anytime, inside does not has chain lock etc to prevent that. Breakfast is good, variability a lot. NO Free Parking. expensive parking at roadside. there is 2 dedicated hotel parking. Price is around euro10-20 per over night.
Modern, clean, friendly”
It was a very comfortable stay. The location is quite convenient, though it's not the best part with casinos etc. all around - but very close to the Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz. The interior of the hotel and the room itself is really very nice, with a comfortable and modern touch. Especially worth mentioning: the bathroom with rainforest showerhead and a very large, super-comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is very good and very fresh made. Most staff seem to be Spaniards and many guests were Spanish-speakers as well. Internet is free and works very well in the room too. It was a very nice stay and difficult to top for the price we received. I would absolutely return there for a next time.
Very very satisfied! And impressed!”
Amazing. Usually you need to pay ridiculous amounts to get a decent hotel in Europe but eurostars book hotel was not the case. They are not expensive, yet comfortable, centrally located, I couldn't ask for more!
Really nice design hotel”
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, only opened in September so everything is brand new. Located about 3 mins walk from Hauptbahnhof so really central & simple on arrival & to get about Munich on S- & U-Bahn. Didn't eat at hotel or use spa facilities however really enjoyed the stay only criticism is the lighting in the bar area - if you want people to drink cocktails in there...turn the lights down a bit!
Very nice hotel with well equipped and large rooms”
This 4-star hotel is a very nice one, located close to the city centre (Marienplatz) and main station of Munich. The service was pretty good. We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The purpose of our trip was city sightseeing, but I can also recommend the hotel to business people due to it's location and the well equipped rooms. If you want to go out, there are nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. But the hotel bar and restaurant is to recommend, as well. We came to the hotel by car and it is possible to park the car in the garage of the hotel. To sum up, the hotel fulfilled all my expectations and I can really recommend it to others.
Helpful staff , modren hotel”
I appreciated for the receptionist who helped us during early arriving , He let us check in too early . The location of hotel was amazing , littile bit on Marienplatz and Karlplatz , also located at street full of cafe , super markets and restaurant . The hotel was built as Boutiqe style , Spanish Toutching , The cleaning was perfect . Comfort , clean , good location . I recomonded all , when i back to Munich I will booked it .
Energetic helpful staff”
We had major problems with the lights...sounds funny, but they are impossible to manage. There must be 20 light sources in the room! At first we unplugged two. Either we were plunges into total darkness or flooded with light. In frustration we called the front dear. Within minutes, the manager arrived. He also couldn't turn them off. He called the electrician to get instructions! We had a good laugh, and definitely took it in stride! I stay around three months a year in hotel rooms, and this has never occurred before Upon asking for wake up call early, they offered a packed breakfast to take to the airport! Wonderful! I must admit, although the area is packed with hotels, it can be intimidating. Not wanting to sound racist....bit there is a feeling of allot of lonely guest workers In the area. Quite sad, actually. We ever felt personally threatened, but rather uncomfortable. Also, I haven't seen so many beggars since I left India! I thought Germany was a social security state that protects it's poor and disabled....munich is beautiful...the hotel is easy walking from central train station. Even for two elderly ladies with suitcase in tow!
Great Location and clean hotel”
It's only about 5 minutes walk from Munich Main Railway station. You must exit at the correct exit at the station or otherwise may have to drag your bags across the streets. Reasonable size rooms with comfortable beds. Air-condition and I manage to get a triple room and the bed is placed at the end of a small sitting area. Do note that the bathroom has a glass window ( has a tint) which may not be convenient if sharing with friends. The hop on hop off buses stations are next to the Main railway station. You can also buy group train tickets to move around the city which is much cheaper. Good hotel with no street noise as the room was facing inner hotel garden.
Great hotel! Friendly staff and great location”
we stayed at this hotel during oktoberfest and it was definitely worth the money we paid for. the hotel was newly built when we were there (about 2 weeks old); it is a fantastic location - less than 5 mins walk from main train station in munich and 10 mins walk to oktoberfest. surrounded by shops and cafes so we did not have walk far for shopping. staff were really friendly; the hotel was very clean; rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the was amazing!buffet breakfast was pretty good. would definitely stay in this hotel again!
The hotel was very clean, in an excellent location that was couple of minutes from a central train station and 15-20 minutes walk to the MarienPlatz. We really enjoyed our time staying at the hotel and loved the reasonably priced Breakfast Buffet. The hotel does need to improve its wifi as it did not work most evenings. However, will definitely choose the same hotel, next time we are in Munich.
Nice location, competitive price”
Eurostars hotel became my favorite hotel in Germany. Eurostars Grand Central is better than Eurostar Book when you consider the breakfast as your 1st option.
