Beatiful Quiet Location”

The hotel is new, it is partially opened in Nov 2013, final fit out is still in progress for probably 200 more rooms. The architectural design of the building is not supetb but the landscape is brilliant. The rooms have 3 different views, the lagoon, the pool or nothing. The service is not so good, most probably because it is new and they are still on the learning curve stage. It took them 30 minutes to respond to room issues. Since it is far from the city and isolated, there are no choices for lunch and dinner. Only 4 or 5 choices on the menu, they also serve the same food for breakfast.I will give a 9 rating if the staff are trained and the restaurant offer more choices for food. The two tier swimming pool which is the main focus on the advertisement is out of service on a sunny day during my stay. Cant beleive they closed the main facility that attracts customers. Again, because of the learning curve? Good thing the wifi is open in rooms and even in the lagoon deck.

If you don't mind distance from anything, and just want a getaway enjoying a day at the pool. This place is it! No room service is a little inconvenient, and expensive restaurant food is a problem since there are no restaurants anywhere even near. Hotel is brand new.

1.nao ha funcionarios para levar bagagem 2.faltam talheres e xicaras no cafe da manha 3. demoram para repor os alimentos 4. em caso de falta de luz os geradores do hotel nao sao suficientes para fazer funcionar o ar condicionado do quarto

Como dito acima, foi uma estadia muito cheia de problemas, ao chegarmos no hotel,fomos colocados em quarto muito e despreparado para receber seres humanos,andamos muito, pois,depois nos encaminharam para outro quarto, também sem a menor condição para hospedar pessoas,sem frigobar e com duas camas de solteiro, eu tinha solicitado ao hotel uma cama de casal,no último quarto em que ficamos, tinha um vazamento por baixo do box do chuveiro,que foi testemunhado pelo mensageiro e uma pessoa da manutenção.Eu tinha feito uma cirurgia na coluna e devido a esses inconvenientes meu estado de saúde piorou e fui obrigado a cancelar um compromisso a noite,eu creio que tinha sido o gerente que falou conosco,pois eu estava muito estressado com tudo que aconteceu.Espero que os serviços sejam aprimorados e o pessoal mais treinado,já que o mensageiro que nos conduzia aos três quartos, não conhecia bem as instalações do hotel,errou muito o caminho aos quartos,entendo que seja uma inauguração, mais tem que estar totalmente preparado para receber pessoas que estão acostumadas a se hospedar em hotéis de menor,igual ou maior categoria, porém com muito mais infraestrutura. ficaram de me reembolsar uma diária pelo grande números de falhas do hotel,isso não apaga a má impressão que tive ao me hospedar. Foi lamentável
