Room is good. Entrance to parking lots is in the back of the hotel. It's 18 euro per day. Location is good. We can walk to fashion street.

Not only was the location in the middle of everything, but the staff was great! Andrada was really helpful in everything that we did. From checking in, to pointing us to the best places that Budapest had to offer! Will stay here again.

Great location, everything else just ok”
Super close to the center. Breakfast not the best as a lot of people, including us, were not getting eggs the way we like it. The room was clean but not super clean. The sauna is nice but you need to ask them to turn it on, good economical practice. For slippers you have to ask and they don't provide any bathrobes since they don't have them. Reception staff is really nice and helpful. Would return but wouldn't take the breakfast option.

Loud automatic closing of hotel room doors”
The problem is the loud automatic closing of the doors of the hotel rooms. You constantly hear in your hotel room the knocking of the doors of other rooms in the hotel.

The hotel is centrally positioned . The hotel is clean. The stuff is attentive . The main problem is the tv; Only local programs and very few, non attractive european channels. The hotel has strange way to pursway the viewr out from anglo speaking channels such as CNN or even National Geographics: the channels apear for few seconds and then disapear for a few seconds. Acording to formal letter I received from the hotel it is a matter of policy and not a technical issue. The 32' tv is small relatively to the watching distance.

Nicely located hotel; close to the Metro station and airport shuttle bus stop. Facilities are good and breakfast has a nice spread.

Hotel has great location, it is in city center and everything is close (Vaci street, market, sinagogue, Starbucks and fast food restaurants....), stuff is kind and everything was fine with our stay. Just one thing as a con - room was not clean enough, we didn't felt cosy and relaxed because of that.

Cleaning staff are terrible, front desk staff are fantastic”
Cleaning staff don't do much here, they don't change bedding or sweep the floor, they don't clean the bathroom or mirror, they don't replenish tea/coffee, no toilet paper & the company knows about it but does nothing to improve it. Front desk staff are fantastic, they help as much as possible, they apologise a lot for the cleaning staff but acknowledge nothing is being done about it. So if you like filth during your stay, enjoy! Now the rooms are very spacious, lots of great natural light, windows that open, good air con/heating, excellent bathroom size & toiletries, hard bed & not a comfortable sleep although really large bed, excellent location 10-15mins walk to most tourist places & great transport links. No TV English channels & internet was not reliable. Don't believe it's a 4 star - the room is, the amenities & cleanliness is not.
