Perfectly located for business travelers, the hotel sits in the Cuatro Torres Business Area of Madrid. The elegant and stylish hotel is situated in the northern part of the Paseo de la Castellana and close to the city center. La Vaguada Shopping Center is about two kilometers away and can be reached in about a 20-minute walk. Guests wouldn’t want to miss the hotel’s restaurant serving the finest Mediterranean gastronomy while gazing at panoramic views over the Sierra of Madrid - particularly at nightfall. After a long day, guests should stop by the hotel’s lobby bar and enjoy a drink in a chic setting. With characteristic style and the very best in dining and service, it is no surprise that the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel is a strong favorite.

I stayed one more day there after the business trip, to see Madrid a bit more as a solo traveller. I did not manage to feel like home in this all-glass-and-metal skyscraper, but the room was luxurious enough to compensate for that. One again, thanks for a marvellous breakfast and a gorgeous view!
Perfect for a business trip”
The quality of my stay was superb: the bathtub was lovely, the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was truly amazing, taking into account the sunrise view! Everything was perfect, apart from a couple of tiny things. The staff barely speaks English, which is a surprise for a five-star hotel. The design was definitely done by a man: there is no proper mirror in the room that can be used for doing make-up or trying to see yourself from head to toes, and even with the max lights on it is too dark too see anything properly. So it all looks stylish, but not exactly practical for a woman. Everything is quite high-tech, but not cozy. I would still stay there again, since it is really close to the business area and at the same time easily reachable from the centre.
Excellent Hotel with excellent location with friendly staff ”
The hotel was perfect. Only one small issue appear as when I checked out I have been asked to pay for the car park. I advised the hotel staff that I thought it is free and part of the package, then the staff discussed with his colleague and agree not to let may pay any extra.
Nice business hotel”
Nice place for resting and sleeping but too far from city center. There are two metro station in between the hotel either line 10 begano station or line 1/ 10 charmatin station. Beautiful and quiet hotel.
nice views over the 20th floor”
nice hotwl, nice views, good room service but not cheap. no complementary water even the first day, very expensive minibar, far away from any fast food place or any other restaurant, need to take taxis to every where, no metro near by... nice rooms, nice gim, nice sauna and spa.
The hotel is new and modern. very good service ”
very very modern and worth of money hotel. Huge room with stylish decoration. Everything about this hotel is extremely good except the fact that it is quite far from shopping area or tourist attraction site. The restaurant (top floor) is also very good.
I was really excited about this hotel however the experience was disappointing. I arrived by car, the hotel bellboy advised that the parking was €25 per day and had to drive 800m to access or alternatively I could park in the street. The gym was rather limited, the views were to the back of Paseo Castellana, access to the spa without any treatment was £28 just to use the sauna & “pool” and the breakfast was £25 per guest. Overal, the hotel is overrated, as it doesn’t deserve 5 stars, and the services are limited with only one complimentary. I travel around the globe and I hadn’t previously experienced such limited service in the 5-star hotel especially when the room price is above £250 at night. Madrid offers real 5-star hotel with a truly guest experience, definitely I won’t book this over priced and rated hotel.
Nice hotel in financial district”
Hotel was very quiet and clean. Room and facilities were pretty modern. Very good value for money.
My 3rd Stay at the Eurostar Madrid Tower”
Eurostar Madrid Tower is always my home away from home, whenever I am visiting Madrid. Best part is that it is very convenient for me because of the location, since my business is with CEPSA and their office is literally next door. The Metro & bus station is also at a walking distance, so that helps in going to other places very easily. Overall, rooms are nice, only thing is that I would prefer the rooms to be better lit at night. The rest is all good. Hope to be back again.
A chic business hotel that looks at the details”
We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon. I was impressed at how they focused on the details - they provided a recommended book for you to read on your nightstand (in Spanish unfortunately) and even provided a diffuser for those who have curly hair like me which I never see in other hotels! However, the down side is if you plan to do a lot of sight seeing, the location is quite far from tourist attractions and it's quite far from places to eat. There is only a Starbucks, mcdonalds and a cafeteria nearby:.
the hotel is very nice, although it's a bit far from the city center, the metro-station is around the corner and a taks costs about 10 euro. in the direct neighbourhood you can get a decent meal for 15 euro on a nice terrace. the lobbybar and especially the mininbar are far overpriced, so just walk 5 minutes and get a whole bottle of wine instead of 1 glass in the hotel and even on a noce terrace...
Good location for business as it is relatively close to the airport and the city centre, without the need to go into the crowded parts of the centre. Good modern design, excellent bed. All additional services (including breakfast) are quite expensive, but the cost of the room is good value.
friendly staff, comfortable room”
We arrived early in the morning, thinking that we needed to wait till 12pm to check in. But surprisingly, the room was ready and we were allowed to stay. The hotel staff also explained to us in detail about how to get around in the city and how to do and eat in the city.
Better than expected”
I had to come to this hotel under short notice, and I have never stayed at this hotel before so I wasnt expecting much - but I was overall impressed. Its a good hotel, the service was good and the hotel is relatively new so I had no issues. Comfortable bed.
Nice and Comfortable Room”
I stayed 3 nites at Eurostars, indeed a great 5 stars hotel, the room and amenities are wonderful, staff are very helpful to provide information and assistance. The hotel is located at the business center, and there is one shopping mall can be reach by taxi within 8 - 10 minutes (or Euro 6-7) which you can find for good restaurant and shopping. Exit hotel turn right for around 500m, you can find a metro station which you access to any place of interest in Madrid. But for 2-3 days stay, it is better to take Madrid City Bus Tour which you can explore all the place of interest. Please be aware that during the peak hour it is a nightmare to take metro, the metro is packed and not so frequent to catch for another train, and it is always packed and squeezy.
hotel is very near the train and metro station only 5-10 mins walk and one stop by train to go to sol. nice view from my hotel room, restaurant is good but quite expensive. only down side is internet is not very stable and no swimming pool in the hotel
the hotel is near charmartin train and metro station which is very nice to go out for shopping. surrounding shopping area is quite good. restaurant at 30th floor food is quite good quality. the only down side is the wi-fi is not fast enough also always disconnected.
people in the hotel are very nice and helpful. only 2 stops by train to city center "sol" walking distance to train station only 5 mins walk. restaurant food good and price is a bit expensive. view from the hotel room is nice especially at nite time.
service was good, reception is very helpful. hotel is nice, room is clean. food is good. although the hotel is not situated at the centre but is easy to go to sol by train, only 2 stops. walking distance to train station is only 5 mins,
high quality/ very professional/typical business ”
perfect hotel for visiting Madrid if you don't want to be in the centre. Perfect rooms. Like in more high class tower hotels , no possibility of opening windows so you are always in air-conditioned rooms, which is not always nice.
