I have to admit that from probably over 300 hotels I have been around the world, the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel was one of the most impresive Hotel Rooms I have ever been at. Warmed WC floor, Super Dimmer lights, Huge 2,2m x 2,4m Super Kingsize Bed, Enormous Toilet and Fully Loaded with Free In-Room amenities, this is surely for me a returning Hotel whenever I will be in Madrid again. I don't usually stay in a 5***** stars hotel in one of these big cities like Madrid, because they are just expensive, but for this amazing room, was worth every penny! Strongly Recommended.
My 3rd Stay at the Eurostar Madrid Tower”
Eurostar Madrid Tower is always my home away from home, whenever I am visiting Madrid. Best part is that it is very convenient for me because of the location, since my business is with CEPSA and their office is literally next door. The Metro & bus station is also at a walking distance, so that helps in going to other places very easily. Overall, rooms are nice, only thing is that I would prefer the rooms to be better lit at night. The rest is all good. Hope to be back again.
Lovely hotel, specially night view from the room.”
enjoy my stay in this pleasant and modern hotel. unfortunately bathroom is small for a 5 star modern hotel. the evening view from your room is spectacular and romantic if you travel as a couple and this is a must. this is hotel have a real 5 stars price, so enjoy all the service. recommend this hotel for people that have car since that is far away from downtown historical center.the hotel is in the middle of 4 towers, the pleasant modernism of madrid.
Nice and Comfortable Room”
I stayed 3 nites at Eurostars, indeed a great 5 stars hotel, the room and amenities are wonderful, staff are very helpful to provide information and assistance. The hotel is located at the business center, and there is one shopping mall can be reach by taxi within 8 - 10 minutes (or Euro 6-7) which you can find for good restaurant and shopping. Exit hotel turn right for around 500m, you can find a metro station which you access to any place of interest in Madrid. But for 2-3 days stay, it is better to take Madrid City Bus Tour which you can explore all the place of interest. Please be aware that during the peak hour it is a nightmare to take metro, the metro is packed and not so frequent to catch for another train, and it is always packed and squeezy.
high quality/ very professional/typical business ”
perfect hotel for visiting Madrid if you don't want to be in the centre. Perfect rooms. Like in more high class tower hotels , no possibility of opening windows so you are always in air-conditioned rooms, which is not always nice.
Pretty hotel in the heart of Madrid”
This hotel is situated in the center of Madrid near the biggest and the most famous shop called El Corte Ingles. There is a big and nice gym and a good restaurant.
I stayed one more day there after the business trip, to see Madrid a bit more as a solo traveller. I did not manage to feel like home in this all-glass-and-metal skyscraper, but the room was luxurious enough to compensate for that. One again, thanks for a marvellous breakfast and a gorgeous view!
Perfect hotel and service.Next time in Madrid fore shure in your hotel.Thank`s and see you again.Regards Gustav Olaf Sperl
people in the hotel are very nice and helpful. only 2 stops by train to city center "sol" walking distance to train station only 5 mins walk. restaurant food good and price is a bit expensive. view from the hotel room is nice especially at nite time.
Perfect for a business trip”
The quality of my stay was superb: the bathtub was lovely, the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was truly amazing, taking into account the sunrise view! Everything was perfect, apart from a couple of tiny things. The staff barely speaks English, which is a surprise for a five-star hotel. The design was definitely done by a man: there is no proper mirror in the room that can be used for doing make-up or trying to see yourself from head to toes, and even with the max lights on it is too dark too see anything properly. So it all looks stylish, but not exactly practical for a woman. Everything is quite high-tech, but not cozy. I would still stay there again, since it is really close to the business area and at the same time easily reachable from the centre.
Good hotel with lots of stars but lacking cosiness”
The taxi driver already told me on the way to the hotel that it was one of the best in Madrid. He was right. Maybe it lacked a bit of atmosphere, though.
The hotel is new and modern. very good service ”
very very modern and worth of money hotel. Huge room with stylish decoration. Everything about this hotel is extremely good except the fact that it is quite far from shopping area or tourist attraction site. The restaurant (top floor) is also very good.
service was good, reception is very helpful. hotel is nice, room is clean. food is good. although the hotel is not situated at the centre but is easy to go to sol by train, only 2 stops. walking distance to train station is only 5 mins,
friendly staff, comfortable room”
We arrived early in the morning, thinking that we needed to wait till 12pm to check in. But surprisingly, the room was ready and we were allowed to stay. The hotel staff also explained to us in detail about how to get around in the city and how to do and eat in the city.
hotel is very near the train and metro station only 5-10 mins walk and one stop by train to go to sol. nice view from my hotel room, restaurant is good but quite expensive. only down side is internet is not very stable and no swimming pool in the hotel
Better than expected”
I had to come to this hotel under short notice, and I have never stayed at this hotel before so I wasnt expecting much - but I was overall impressed. Its a good hotel, the service was good and the hotel is relatively new so I had no issues. Comfortable bed.
Amazing 5 star hotel”
Love amazing view of the hotel. Definitely a return trip the next time we visit Madrid
lovely hotel and service with smile”
hotel is just out of world...rooms are beautifully done...amenities and other hotel decor are excellent. location is good with metro nearby...excellent
Novelty Hotel for the Tourist ”
Madrid is a fabulous city and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel? Well it was Ok. The view was fantastic we stayed in one of the more expensive rooms which was a bit of a let down. The styling is very dark but modern. The air con didn't work and I ended up having to argue about getting it fixed. In the end they left it on full power setting all the time. Nice! The main problem with this hotel if you are a tourist are the prices. The breakfast is per head and cocktails around each which in the dingy basement bar just isn't justified. Also it is a fair way into town on the subway which is clean and efficient. I wouldn't stay there again but we have some good photos from the window. You can simply get more for your money elsewhere.
the hotel is near charmartin train and metro station which is very nice to go out for shopping. surrounding shopping area is quite good. restaurant at 30th floor food is quite good quality. the only down side is the wi-fi is not fast enough also always disconnected.
