Good hotel with spacious rooms
Contemporary hotel with spacious rooms in the Centre
i stayed in both eurostars hotels in the mexico city reforma avenue area. both eurostar hotels are located well, the current one is on a more lively street. they are botth very close to the famous reforma, where many other hotels are also located. the the airport is not too far - it takes about 30-45 minutes by taxi. the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. there is one bedroom and also a sitting room both are equipped with flat screen tv. beds are comfortable, rooms are mostly quite especially those facing to the back of the hotel. amenities are very good. linen, towels, pillows are good. there is plenty room to store you clothes. in the sitting room one finds coffee machine, fridge, microwave etc. there are many restaurants and cafes in the close neighborhood where one can dine or have breakfast.

A nice hotel in a good location
Great location, easy to find
Room service could be a bit more responsive
Excellent hotel for the money in the heart of the Zona Rosa. Lots of great stuff to do right outside the front door. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but some front desk staff don't speak English. Overall, a superb value!

Great Hotel in the Zona Rosa
Loved the suites, loved the location, and the attentive staff.
Just the comp breakfast, but not a big deal
First I stayed at another hotel in the Mexico City area and had issues with the hotel and Agoda was great about assisting me with getting out of that hotel. I went back to the Agoda website and found the Eurostars Suites and what a change. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and what a great location. You can take the Metro to anywhere in the city or grab a cab that is always waiting outside the hotel to anywhere. If you want you can take a great walk around the area, very safe, and lots to see and do.

best stay in mexico city
The staff was very helpful and informative; the rooms were huge and clean. Room service was excellent.
No cons.
We had several hours lay over in Mexico City on our way to Guatemala and Eurostar Suites made our stay very comfortable both to and from our destination. The staff was helpful and the suites were clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

Well located for tourists
Breakfast included. Suites convenient. Located with easy access to buses, reasonable taxis or walking distance to a lot of activities.
Weekends the bars in Zona Rosa are busy and hotel is not well soundproofed.
Stayed here for 5 nights. Booking through Agoda was smooth as was our check-in at hotel. Breakfast included is very convenient with good food variety and well used by hotel guests. Hotel is getting a little "down at the heels" as is the Zona Rosa neighbourhood but generally we felt safe and there is still lots of action on the streets during the day and night. With upgrading the hotel could qualify as a "boutique" hotel, but then it would likely cost more to stay here. It is two blocks off the Paseo de la Reforma which is a great walking street as well as a main artery for city buses going to the Zocala or the Chapultupec park (sp?) It is also a short walk to the "Angel" where the turisbuses run. The nightlife on weekends will keep you awake esp. if your room faces Londres Street where the clubs with DJ's go till at least 3:30 am.
