Place is ok.”
Pros: Location is good. Near a nice chinese restaurant and walking distance from burnham park. Lots of taxis that pass by the place. Standard rooms are ok for the price. Though I wouldnt stay here if my purpose is to have a nice vacation with family and/or friends. Cons: Food: could do without the breakfast buffet because the food was not that nice. Decided to have breakfast at mcdonalds (approx. 100 meters away) on my second day, which was way better. Besides the food, everything is as expected of the price. Overall, its a good place if youre on a very short business trip. Otherwise, I'd rather stay at nicer hotels even if I have to pay more.

Rainy stay in Baguio City ”
We had a good experience at Eurotel. I must commend all staff for being attentive during our stay. Kudos especially to Ariel for finding a way to accommodate us despite the full booking at the hotel when we arrived. While it rained most of the time when we were in Baguio, still we had fun. The next time we will not hesitate to book again at Eurotel.

Very accomodating staff.. Kudos to the team! Aside from parking problems during our stay because no one was assisting us, everything was great. Special mention to Sir Ariel! Great service!

Value for Money”
The deal I got via Agoda was discounted by 40%, so for its discounted price, I got more than what I paid for - an A/C rooom (though not really needed due to its cold weather), buffet breakfast, courteous staff, clean room (though bathroom needs a thorough cleaning as I noticed some molds on the tiles grout) , quite far away from the maddening noise of jeepneys and cars but still very near to Burnham and Market.

They disappointed me on a Big Way”
This is the third-time that I had booked my stay at Eurotel but unfortunately my last visit was memorable in a BAD way. Below were my rants. 1. I decided to drove a car but oh surprise, no one was there to welcome me or assist me when parking. It is like a self service thing that no one even informs you if there is an available slot or not. 2. When we approached the Lobby and was about to check-in, we had requested (already granted by phone) but the staff seems to be surprised that no one had informed them. 3. No one is there to assist you even though you have a lot of baggage. 4. Staff was courteous before but now they are not, not that friendly hotel that I had used to know. My overall experience was disappointing and hope that they will soon make an improvement.

Terrible”
There is very limited space for parking and boy it's cramped. They had a basement parking with only one ramp in or out so it's a must to have either a signalong system or someone to assist to make sure you don't go head to head with another car on a steep ramp right? They had a signaling system that was ALWAYS green that we had to back out one time from their STEEP ramp. The guy that was supposed to assist was NOWHERE! Only 1 of 2 elevators are working and none go to the basement. You have to navigate steep and narrow stairs while carrying your luggage and worm your way thru a conference room once out of the maze. The fun doesn't stop there though, the receptionist and the staff don't know what they're doing and had to clarify my reservation with me? Aren't they already supposed to know about this? Anyway they are poorly trained and it shows. The room was terrible and the restroom had a god awful smell, we have never used it before. The hallway reeks of the smell of paint and paint thinner, so bad it will give you a pounding headache so good luck on enjoying the vacation. And hey did I mention that the toilet seat as well as the tub in the restroom was dilapidated? The phone hadn't been working for so long that they put mobile numbers on the keycard! And your door uses an actual key to open so I don't know why they even have electronic locks. Come breakfast please bring your own microwave as the food will be served on unheated trays and your food will be cold like the weather in baguio. So enjoy your stay at Eurotel.
