Guests love this hotel's excellent and friendly staff, great location near transit and Greenbelt/Landmark Malls. Spacious rooms with toiletries, mini-fridge, and hair dryer ensure a comfortable stay.

This was our 2nd time staying at Eurotel Makati. The 1st one was in April 2025 where we were assigned to a room in the 7th floor. The experience was ok due to cleanliness issue. The bath tub's drain wasn't clean enough. You can see hair clogging the drain. The curtain looked dirty, the towels looked old and there was no rug in the bathroom door. The fridge looked like it wasn't cleaned as well. Under the bed my child saw some plastic thingy I did not bother to look. I should say the cleanliness that time was 6/10. Our stay this time June 2025 was totally different, from the guard to the staff, they were exceptional. The cleanliness has been better. The only complaint was the air-conditioning in our unit on the 5th floor was not working properly. We asked for an electric fan but since it was not available ,they were nice enough to have us transferred to another unit with working AC. This was of course without any extra pay. I hope they maintain the good service and we'll maintained rooms, as we are considering them to be our go to home in Manila.

We booked this twin standard room on a last minute, we are 3 adults and 1 child. It's really a good deal since we also need a parking for our SUV. Upon entering the room which is upgraded to a Eurotel Suite 2, it was so spacious and clean. What I really love is the mirror near the door where I can check on my full outfit look. I love the bathtub especially the heater and the warm lighting of the whole room it gives a relaxing vibe. Everything is working including the mini fridge. Staffs were attentive. I also noticed an added security feature to the door of our suite, a bonus to the whole experience. Overall we are really satisfied and would always look forward to book to any Eurotel branch.
I always stay at the Eurotel hotel everytime I am in Manila. This hotel is convenient and near my office.It is also near restaurants and a Mall. Although a bit old, the rooms are generally clean and the water pressure is phenomenal. I would recommend this to a budget traveler.

I recently stayed at Eurotel Makati and found it to be a convenient choice, especially for its location. The hotel is situated near key areas in Makati, making it accessible to business districts, shopping centers, and transport options. The room was functional and reasonably comfortable, with basic amenities provided. While the facilities are not luxurious ( I need a kettle in my room so I can have access to hot water due to my health condition), they are suitable for short stays. Housekeeping services were consistent, and the staff were courteous (except for that lady in the restaurant who frowns when I order omelette) and responsive to requests, which added to the overall positive experience. On the other hand, some aspects could be improved. The room interiors and furnishings show signs of wear, and soundproofing was limited, which may affect light sleepers. Breakfast offerings were simple, adequate for a quick meal but not very varied. Overall, Eurotel Makati offers value for money for travelers looking for an affordable and centrally located hotel. It works best for short stays or business trips where convenience and accessibility are the main priorities.
