My family & I (Party of 5) were up in Newcastle to visit some friends and was looking for a place nearby. Everton Apartments came up in the search and I am really happy it came up in our search. There is no physical reception but the apartment staff was very helpful in explaining the check-in &out procedures. It was hassle-free. The apartment is fully furnished, with a bath&shower, full kitchen facilities, 2 king bed, a very cosy living area and was definitely well kept and maintained. I had a very comfortable stay & I would definitely recommend it to all. Food wise, we bought fresh groceries from the supermarket nearby and had nice home-cooked meal; away from home. =)

Quick Night in Newcastle”

With a couple appointments in Newcastle on Saturday, needed a last minute booking that was pretty central. Came across Everton Apartments and thought Why Not. They really suited our needs and were very competitive with other forms of accommodation for the night. Easy to find, facilities were great, check-in and check-out was easily managed with a couple of text messages. Very happy with the accommodation

Excellent”

Everton at Hamilton was exceptional. Very clean and great value for money. Excellent for a young family with all utilities provided. We actually booked and stayed at another accomodation located at Jesmond however after the first night we had to leave. The cleanliness of the premises was questionable especially with young kids. After finding Everton at a cheaper rate, better facilities and just better overall, we jumped ship and wished we chose this accomodation to begin with. Would definitely recommend to friends and families and will definitely be back a second time.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation”

My wife and I had occasion to spend a week in Newcastle, primarily for business, and stayed at the Everton Apartments. Our apartment was more than big enough (we only required one bedroom, not two), was very clean and comfortable and is handily situated. We will happily stay there again in a couple weeks time.

Awesome place”

Everton Apartments lived up to expectations. The place was superbly maintained. Location is very central & its just a short walk to access buses; I encountered some problems after getting locked out and the staff was very responsive & helpful in helping resolve the issue immediately. Will be back again.

great accomodation”

everything was great with everything we need except that there was no single use razer and facial tissue but dont let that stop you from going to everton apartments as it was a great stay and wanted to stay longer but schedule did not allow bigger than expected couch and cushion could use a good clean though

Great Apartment, Great Location”

Thanks for making our stay in Newcastle such a pleasant one. Check in was easy, we opted for email check-in so we didn’t have to worry about getting to Charlestown to do everything we could do by email. The location of this unit was perfect for us as we went to an event at the Entertainment Centre. Our children, aged six and three, didn’t whinge once about the walk to the centre, as it was only ten minutes. The unit was clean and welcoming, we felt at home. Free garaged parking is so convenient but we did find the garage quite small, our car isn’t that big but it was still a tight squeeze in. This is definitely a great place to stay for a girls weekend away or for the family, if traveling to Newcastle for a concert or event. We will definitely stay here again, next time we visit and I will be recommending it to my friends.

Home away from home”

Had all the amenities to feel at home. The aircon was wonderful, beds were comfortable and location was central enough to most places in Newcastle. Only downside was the garage being a bit tight for SUVs/4WDs, however street parking is plentiful.

Marvelous!!”

Booked a family room. Huge double storey apartment. Full kitchen facilities. Spacious hall and dining area. Bedrooms on upper floor. Huge laundry area with outdoor clothes hangers. Own garage. Wifi is superb. Plenty of pillows, towels, soaps, etc. Very helpful Mr. Graham Turner. Only setback is quite far from town center. But some restaurants/cafes and grocers about 5mins walk out to main road. Just take note that the place is unmanned after 6pm. So if you arrive after that time, just call the no. stated on your Agoda booking. If no one picks up, call up Agoda helpline. Mr. Graham Turner will return your call. Overall, this is the best place I had stayed ever while out travelling.

Great apartment stay! Apartment size and facilities fabulous!”

Just a few suggestions for areas of improvement. We stayed in Apartment 2 and both toilet doors need oiling (due to noise). Also, no-one explained to us about check-in is supposed to work. We also asked for a late checkout, but no-one got back to us... so we raced around trying to get out by 10:00 (never an easy feat with young, slow-poke children!). When we went outside, we met a lovely man who was the cleaner. He was surprised to see us packing the car because he was told that we were not checking out until 12:00... which would have been fabulous, but no-one actually told us that! So, all-in-all, this is an absolutely fabulous apartment, but communication could be better. Thank you.

Great value for money and plenty of room”

This place was great. A large two storey apartment just a short drive from the CBD. We were surprised at how good it was. Had a large kitchen, two rooms, laundry, bathtub, we didn't want to leave. A bit of a struggle getting the car in the garage but no big deal. I would advise ringing for the passcode to get in before you get there. We were waiting outside the unit for 30 minutes after talking to the reception on the phone. Rang back and said that they had simply been too busy to send the text through. Definitely worth staying here again.

Exceptional”

Easy checkin and very clean and comfortable, spacious apartment. Has everything you need, and was in a quiet location easy to access. Staff very helpful even called us to let us know we had left some items, which we were able to collect. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable and spacious villa”

My wife and I stayed at these apartments for two separate business weeks. We were very pleased with our stay, with plenty of room, and they were nice and quiet.

Spacious”

Very nice two bed/bath, two level apartment. Plenty of space and great facilities, everything you could need to prepare simple meals and clean up. Wireless dropped out quite often if used to watch media.

Enjoyable”

This apartment is well equiped and large enough for a family. Could do with a good clean. Maybe the company needs to look at there cleaner because I wiped down the blind above the sink and was mostly dust and water spots. Noticed the cleaner at another apartment and was not there for long. Not sure what they would even clean in the time they were there. Beds very comfortable.

Pro's - great size, great location, near beach and shops. Con's- Cockroaches in laundry, Dryer and air con's unsure how to work- suggest a printout of instructions. Lounge base kept sliding out when sat on. Became frustrating. Bathroom vanity and shower nozel wobbly. Dinning table had two legs bent. Garage door button inside garage didn't work when pressing. Kitchen cupboards had a few sticky marks and one of the bin cupboards and utensil cupboard had smoke smell and an empty packet of cigarettes kids found on the balcony. There was no mop, on arrival the floors and wall in the spare bathroom were grubby. The Mark's on the walls made the place look grubby. But we loved our time staying there. Thank you for having us.
