If you need just one night
The room rate and location are hard to beat. The check-in wait time is atrocious. We had two rooms, cleanliness is average at best, nevermind the age and condition of the building itself. They do a fair job of keeping the cigarette smoke from infiltrating non-smoking areas, but beware if you are sensitive. Parking attendants are useless.

awful staff
we wont be returning im pretty passive with a lot of things but your pool staff was awful and so unfriendly and if i wasnt plastered drunk didnt help you at all and a few people in your buffet are awful your check in lady was rude and treats you like your stupid and the manager apologized but did nothing to help the situation and i was disappointed i got offered a better discount on tickets from a hotel i wasnt even staying at for the shows i wont be returning again
