My room was unavailable due to it being allocated to a wedding party. Another lesser room was provided. The Hotel Manager indicated they did not get my booking from Agoda. I have not been able to contact Agoda to verify if this is accurate.

We reached at around midnight and the hotel gave us clear instructions on how to collect key in the after hours. When we reached the hotel, the passenge way is dark, one of the room toilet's light has blown so there is no light while taking shower. The room is quite clean and bed is quite comfy.

This is one of the older style hotels that you hope will never disappear it has character. Price was average and staff and rooms exceptional. Would stay again.

Disappointing ”
Booked 4 months in advance, when on arrival was shown room told that we couldn’t lock our door if we went out; but they would give us a key to the linen cupboard to put our belongings in. Room also didn’t have a television in it. The room we had booked was being used by someone else. The bathroom was unisex communal bathroom which was not on the page when I booked. The room I had originally booked had it’s own bathroom. I ended up leaving and forfeit my payment ( which I hope that they can use to replace the door lock so the next unfortunate person that stays there can lock their door)

Great heater in room. Share clean bathroom and toilet with other rooms. Comfortable bed and fittings. Netflix didn't work and no hot water in shower before 8am.
