Terrible service with minimal amenities provided”
Normally I don’t write reviews, but this host really took air bnb to new low. He was impatient when I phoned him for check in instructions, always told me to refer to instructions booklet. Also he locked us out of the apartment because he couldn’t collect 300RM deposit from us at time of checked in, we checked at 5pm that day, he sounded like he was doing us a favour by letting us into the apartment when everything is fully paid. We had stayed in KL for 2 weeks but last 4 days with this host really put a sour taste to the whole trip. Someone really needs to tell this armature host about minimum service standards.
