Please note that guests are kindly requested to add the exact amount of extra beds during the booking process, as this will determine the number of bed sheets provided by the service personnel.
Guests are required to get in touch with the hotel prior arrival and notifying the hotel of the estimated time of arrival. Our contact details are given to guest upon booking confirmation. The hotel is also able to do self check-in via mobile phones for first night stay, short notice and upon full payments received.
The apartments will always be prepared for arrivals and as specified in booking. There is a guestbook/manual for any further information needed and check-in process is usually upon arrival at the apartment.
Please note that the standard check in time is 0900 to 1800 on Monday to Friday & from 1400 to 1600 Saturday and Sunday.
9am - 11am [MO-FR ONLY]: Drop off your luggage in our office just a few minutes away from the apartment
11am - 1400 [ALL DAYS]: Drop off in the apartment [whilst cleaning in process, key will be handed over but apartment must be left vacant till 1400]
14 - 2100 [ALL DAYS]: Personal check in and key handover at the apartment
2100 - 9am next day [ALL DAYS]: Self check-in available through security codes provided, must be communicated from 48 hours prior arrival.
The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.
Guests are required to contact the property at least 1 day(s) in advance for key collection details.
Guests are required to meet the staff at 135 Shaftesbury Avenue London WC2H 8AH.
