Great Location”
It was a great stay, except for minor hiccups. Firstly, the image of the unit does not match the actual unit so the system might need to be updated. Secondly, 2 days in a row our unit smartkey did not function hence we had to keep calling the frontdesk to sort it out every now and then so please be prepared to wait outside the door for sometime. Next, the fan in the main hall wasnt functioning so we had to switch the aircond on and off since we had someone with medical issues in our grup who couldnt stand cold. Basically above are just minor hiccups which is bearable except for being locked out so pls help

1. The drainage hole of the bathtub was blocked by a bunch of hair caused the water not draining well. I needed to clean n unblock it. 2. The was still half full of water inside the washing machine. The water came out just during i opened it caused the kitchen floor wet then i wiped n dried it at tye midnight. Speechless 3. Bedsheets with stans, hairs as well. 4. Used tower hang inside the cabinet. 5. The surface of the make-up table was sticky.

Checkin was easy and location was not difficult to find. Room was large and bed was comfortable. It was convenient as the plaza was next to it. The towels were not clean but luckily there was a washing machine to clean them. Overall, we have a pleasant stay .

Quiet environment, nice mattress for sleep, lightning is bright, suit sle for reading and working Fully furnished with teka brand microwave and oven Equipped with washing machine with drying function Easy access to 163 Park. Just that cleanliness can be better. The floor is dusty. Overall, worth to the price and up to expectation. Strongly recommended.

Surprise stay”
This is a very last min booking . I book this 3 hours before my check-in. As i don't have much time to consider, i just take the highest rating which is The Ooak. We have 1 young 3yo boy and a helper and i think it is more worth to book this than a hotel room. The only thing that i worry about service apartment than hotel is the clealiness. Other than the floor clealiness need to improved, the rest is just perfect. The unit is super cozy.... aircond and heater is working very well!! So does the washing machine😁 Perfect location to 1U or midvalley or KLCC if u are driving. Plenty of restaurants around the area. I wish i could stay longer in this unit. 😁

Better than expected ”
Initially we booked a different unit but due to some aircond problem, we were then allocated to another unit. Yes, at first I was upset and worried that the new unit will not meet my expectations but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. The place was gorgeous! The interior design was utterly beautiful, place was clean and well equipped with all the necessities. Everything was working perfectly. The kids loved that there was a bathtub as well. This apartment had a really big and nice swimming pool with a real nice jacuzzi next to it too. Retail Park 163 can be conveniently accessed- literally just a few steps away on a covered walkway. The staff were very responsive before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely come back and stay here again..:)

New building”
Nice new building. I like the apartment but the master bathroom did not have shower curtain the shower water from wetting the floor outside of the tub. We had to go buy curtain road and shower curtain on our own. Luckily Mr DIY is just right next door. Another issue with the bathroom is water pressure is low. Also tiles around tub is uneven causing accumulation of water puddles that ends up on the floor. Terrible bathroo construction.
