General Terms & Conditions
- Click the button “Get Promo on App” (or scan QR code) at the dedicated URL www.agoda.com/eximbank
- Agoda App will automatically open on your mobile devices.
- Find and select the eligible hotels & room types (hotel with “Eligible Promo” tag) and go to the payment process
- Enter 16 digits of eligible Eximbank cards to complete the Payment.
- Discount to be shown on “Payment Details”

- The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Eximbank international credit & debit card which (a) bears the Eximbank and/or Eximbank name and logo on the face of the card and/or (b) refers to a member of the Eximbank Group as an issuer or a participant partner on Eximbank of the card, including for the avoidance of doubt any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of Eximbank’s Group.
- The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/eximbank. If the booking is made directly through the Agoda website or pay directly to hotel, no discount will be offered and no refund will be arranged.
- The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
- Offers are applicable to selected pre-paid hotels that have “Promotion Eligible” tag on the hotel’s main photo. Discount will show on the booking summary at the “Your Payment Details” step once the cardholder has input a Eximbank valid international debit / credit card number for selected pre-paid hotel. “Eximbank” discount appears before the hotel taxes & services line and shall be applied before the final price of the booking. Cardholders have to use Eximbank credit / debit cards to complete transaction.
- The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
- Agoda reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.
- Eximbank and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time.
- This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Eximbank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Eximbank’s sole discretion and for which Eximbank is solely responsible and liable.
- The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
- In case of the bookings were made following above Terms and Conditions and the customers did not receive the offer, Eximbank cardholders may send a request email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further handling and investigation.
