Hotel is just along the highway Osmeña Blvd which is easy to locate. Near Colon. Great location too if you’re visiting Sto Niño. Tight parking in the basement though. Breakfast is plated: choice of egg/bangus/hotdog with rice. Roofdeck is nice. This is a great choice if you’re staying in groups since they have family rooms. Room is clean & complete with amenities such as refrigerator, TV, bathroom with hot&cold shower, and toiletries. Booked 2 family rooms & we’re beyond satisfied. Keep it up!!

Exceptional”
We love it here. We will be going back for sure. Love the room, very comfy bed, restroom space and cleanliness, and the pool. They have a heater in the room which is very convenient. My daughter loves the pool so much. Most of the staff are courteous and nice, that's why it's unfair to give a poor rating just because of a few rotten eggs They could also replace their shower head and the drainage (good if stainless to avoid rust). Overall, i love our stay here. Will be back soon. 💕😊

A place at the heart of Cebu city! ”
The place is nearby tourists spots and along main road so it’s easy to find and it’s not scary because it’s located in a place where are there are still a lot of people outside even if it’s late at night. The room is clean and the place is very secured. You can’t use the elevator if you don’t have a keycard. The security of the place is very important to me as a solo traveler. They also provide some basic needs for a traveler, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I just ordered via grab for my food because they don’t have an available water when I came in late at night. If you just need a place to crash with minimal budget. This is a place to go. Just bring your own drinking water and your good 😊 I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends!

We stayed here after Sinulog Festival the location is Close to Mango Avenue and Taboan Market and many fastfood nearby. Great place to stay. The place is clean. I will definitely come back to this place.

Cleanliness was exceptional, location is in main road, is safe and accessible to transportation. Staff were accommodating. We were in cebu to have our team buildng we were booked in a one star hotel which was in the tour package. The one star hotel was okay though but i wanted to treat myself and try one i thought was a better one

All aspects of Express Inn Osmena are very good to excellent. The room is clean and quiet. The pool is also clean. I just pity the one or two front office staff when it comes to the peak hours of 1200H to 1400H when guests are checking in and out at the same time. They are just overwhelmed with requests left and right. I think there should be more people working the front office during this peak period.

budget friendly and near to everything”
My family of four stayed there and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Not too small for us 4. Up in the 12th floor, the kids went for swimming. Though not a big pool but the kids did enjoyed it anyway. The view is nice coz its overlooking the city. I would definitely recommend the place. Its just a walking distance Colon St. and Sto. Nino cathedral.

Worth it”
We have been hopping from different hotels and found this to be the last stop we made and booked for longer period. Their staff is approachable and helpful. Parking is secure. Although there are some things missing like a bathroom mat, slippers, glasses. Those were minor things, overall it's an excellent place to stay in. Practical and comfortable.

Excellent location nice new hotel but crazy hotel rules using the pool and keycard access to your room was only given 1 key so when you left your room had to take key with you and your fridge and air-conditioning turned off as well or if you left your key in the room staff had to assist you to your room if U wanted a key it was 300 pesos deposit and if you lost it an additional 1000 pesos. Didn't eat breakfast as it's a set Filipino breakfast which was served cold even after reheating twice so I only had coffee. Staff were all sweet and friendly but over worked in my opinion due to crazy hotel rules and they all went out of there way to help you with a smile!

Great hotel”
Great hotel that combines quality and affordability. You really get more than what you pay for. Room is spacious, clean, modern, beds are super comfortable and the price is cheap. It was a great stay. The only thing they should change in my opinion is the ridiculous charge for room service. Even if you order a bottle of water they will charge you an extra only for having it delivered it to your room. I think that's not fair to your guests. You should provide this service for free like it's common for any other hotel. Also they didn't tell us that extra food was to be paid at breakfast. We ordered three toasted bread (because at the breakfast buffet it was fnished and wasn't replaced) and they charged us for it. You should inform your guests of these extra charges. These are the only cons. All in all I really recommend this place.

Central location”
Front desk was very courteous and waited for me as I was coming in on a red-eye. Just let them know ahead that you will be late checking in. Everything was clean, AC was cold and location is a central and walkable area of Cebu. Cheap rooms too. Great for a 1-2 night quick stop.
