Excellent location and facilities”
Express hostel is just around the corner of the BTS Surasak (S5). Various delicious street food abound in the area with 7-11 a few steps away. We got the deluxe family room at 4th floor which is very spacious for a group of 3 adults and 3 kids. The hostel is relatively new so still very clean but the beds are on the hard side but comfortable. Take note that there is an elevator which the other hostel lacks. Coin operated washer and dryer is available also at the 4th floor with complimentary snacks and nescafe coffee vendo machine at the lobby. The staff are helpful and cheerful. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok.

Exceptional”
Express definitely surpassed my expectation level. I am glad I made the booking with Express. We stayed at superior family room. It was very comfortable for us. Walking distance to BTS Surasak made it even more convenient for us to go places. 7E is just next door. Family Mart is located next to the BTS station. It is definitely a hotel-like hostel. Kudos to all the staff for taking good care of the place. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much Express!!

Consider you are in the capital, the price was OK. The hostel was very very clean. We had a good double room, with a bathroom and a small balcony. Everything was fine, only just the bed was extremely hard. The hostel has a washing machine and dryer, which is quite nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed here for about a week. The staffs were very helpful! They explained to us how to go around and outside bkk and booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport. Room was spacious and really clean! they cleaned it everyday (by request). The bed was quite hard but still can sleep well. They serve breakfast (toast and complimentary coffee machine). And they have elevator! No worries if you have big luggage. Located just 5 min walk to BTS surasak and there's 7-11 beside the building. Me and my friends will definitely comeback here if we go to bkk again!

Awesome place for the money, awesome staff”
First off, clean place, and staff Is super friendly staff any time of day. Stayed here for 3 nights for a first timer in Bangkok. Location is somewhat ideal; close to BTS, saphin taksin pier, Bangrak food center. Grabs never more than 150 baht. I had an ant problem, as our private room had a door that was seemingly a smoke area. Stuffed a towel in the door gap on the bottom, but some still got through. Dorm/mixed rooms looked super clean. Got a pool table, books, Jenga, and free toast/coffee, utensils, microwave, etc in a laid back lobby. Used the area a lot. Overall, Bangkok is a cool city and I highly recommend this place.

I stayed alone there and traveled with my friend from Thailand, but they gave breakfast and snacks to her, too every time we were around reception(foods are next to reception). And they charged my phone and dried my towel when we were out. Room is not so spacial to write here, but new and clean.

The location is good, just 5 min or less walk from skytrain. Staff was really nice. The price is reasonable. Free small bar (Some bread & coffee) Toilet is a bit bad smell. (room no. 502) Pillow is small. (may be just for us) Blanket is too thin.

1) super super in everything ,, if the dorms mattress can improve (Soft & warm) then my rate will be perfect = 5 star in every aspect... As mentioned the only negative is the mattress in dorms is hard as you sleep beneath the wood floor !

easy access from sky train and easy to locate. nearby to halal foods if you are muslim. clean! the only thing i dont like is the mattress is quite hard and cause me a back pain on the next day.. i stayed in all women room, there is one cctv in the room - which i dont know whether its on or not, nor why there is cctv in the room??

Easy to access & very friendly”
The place: clean & convenient (near 7/11 and many good eating place). The people: very friendly. I travel with my grandma, and they are very willing to help: - my grandma need to buy a special thing for her friend, the receiptionist girl went on internet to find where we can buy it. - let me check-out late - the receptionist boy even went to main street try to call taxi for us when he couldn't book Grab (like Uber) for us. Thank for everthing, Express team.
