ThIs staff is the best! Always available 24/7. Always courteous and smiling. You feel welcomed and cared for. I've stayed in that area on business a few times and they are the edge amongst other and pricier hotels literally on that same block. Wislene and Antonia are always efficient and delightful. Overall the place is about good accommodations and inexpensive rates, nothing fancy as expected but clean, comfortable and convenient, easy access from I-95, in a slow paced commerce park type area on the north edge of Boca Raton, quiet at night for jogging with security cars on patrol. Not much within walking distance except for one gas station/convenience store. Linton Blvd is a short drive away with more stores/restaurants. The trendy Atlantic Blvd with plenty late night spots is also close by in Delray Beach. The rooms are long strips facing a lake or wide open spaces with is quite refreshing and reduces your chances of noisy neighbors across or kids running in hallways. There's an outdoor grilling area next to the lake. One building is close to a train track enough for you to hear it sometimes and make "My Cousin Vinny" jokes but I still slept like a baby. Has a laundry room and vending machines. Full size fridge, kitchen, countertop, hotplates and cookware in your room can make your stay healthier and economical. Alarm clock. Iron. Free WiFi. Free parking. Cable TV with Showtime. See you next time!

Price may be low but it shows through quality. Smells like smoke in non-smoking room, musty, no appliances, minimal if any bathroom things, and to top it off- our toilet doesn’t flush properly and takes about 5 min to.
