Frequently in the area for business and I appreciate having a clean, spacious room with a full kitchen. Overall, I find this is hands-down the most efficient and cost-effective option in a moderately affluent area without all the (unnecessary) frills and significantly higher-rates charged by competing hotels in the same neighborhood.

I stay here 1-2 nights each week for business. Fantastic location. Faciility is adaquately clean and well maintained for what I assume is an older property. The queen studio includes a kitchenette at a wildly affordable nightly rate compared to other hotels in the same area; and, the staff is extremely helpful (particularly the late night front desk clerk working 11pm-7am). Overall, the Extended Stay (east) has enabled me to remain productive and enjoy overall sucesss at work depite regularly being away from home.

Toilet was leaking lists of water and there was calcium stains on the floor from a long period of it leaking, Refrigerator seal on the door was broken and the door would not close ALL THE WAY and I leaked lots of water, the sink in the bathroom is EXTREMELY PLUGGED UP AND TOOK FOREVER TO DRAIN, the part in the bathtub where the stopper screws in is broken so the stopper CAN NOT be used and you CAN NOT fill the bathtub to take a bath and the shower Curtain is to short for the shower, so water gets ALL OVER THE FLOOR WHEN TAKING A SHOWER,, the doors to the closet were OFF the track and there were NO Hangers in the closet, the pillows were as FLAT as Pancakes, one of the MAIN Ceiling light fixtures were starting to fall down and the hotel was supposed to provide continental breakfast and the said they were out of products because it was not being made by the manufacturer fast enough!!

I love my room ...it is beautiful... but the staff here is atrocious. Chrissy at the front desk actually had the nerve to say I don't have to stay here I don't want to because I told her how bad the service was... they are incompetent and apathetic.
