Just wanted to make sure room was double checked and room keys deactivated upon my speedy checkout on July 3rd at 7AM due to one of my room keys going missing after I had a guess over and I don't want that individual returning to the room with that room key and being able to access it after I have done my checkout. Thank you! Overall an amazing stay with amazing staff!

It’s was good for the price ”
It was great location close to a lot of food places and shopping as well as express way so convenient but I was there for 3 nights and no housekeeping not one time there was no on the go breakfast at least and there was no disposable utensils and napkins left in the kitchen at least the toilet didn’t flush correctly all the time and there was this brown discharge falling from the top wall In bathroom I had to wipe down toilet seat every time other then that very good staff if super friendly

Cigarette smoke & no breakfast ”
We had a non-smoking room but the room right across the hall must have been heavy smokers. The hall smelled and the stench permeated our room all night. It was very unpleasant. I understand people choose to smoke but the facility should be segregating smokers to one section of the building. Even though they advertise a continental breakfast they do not offer one. Even during covid we have stayed at other hotels who have figured out how to offer safe breakfasts. My thought is they are using covid as an excuse to be cheap. If you're not going to offer, do not advertise. A quick breakfast is 1 of the amenities we consider when making our choice.

I think this hotel is overrun with guests that live there..as there were dogs galore barking, tenants slamming doors all night long, & dirty rooms with broken appliances/furniture..not what I remember it being when stayed here couple years back. Got a different hotel for our 3rd night in that area because this one was so bad.

Staff is pleasant and responsive. A non smoking hotel should not have odor of cigarette smoke. There was a nearby smoker who smoked every evening & my bathroom smelled of disgusting cigarette smoke. I informed the front desk, who claimed she came & sprayed the hallway. The hotel is very pet friendly. Huge dogs and gnats. Large, clean laundromat on first floor. I stayed a month & the laundry facility came in handy. For the most part, I rarely to never heard my neighbors. A few days before my departure, I began to hear sounds. In fact, it sounded like a heard of elephants running above me. I reported the disturbance to the front desk. I was informed that that the person above me had a dog. Management should consider limitations on breed, weight and size. Housekeeping staff are very considerate and pleasant.

The room was not cleaned, smelly carpet, there was no toilet paper, no shampoo, the bathroom fan was noisy, the pots an pans were old and beat up, side entrance was not working, and people were allowed to bring dogs which cause barking noise and unsanitized environment.

Just gross disgusting how else to say filthy”
I paid a cheap rate for the room I asked for non smoking room that is important to me when I booked the room on this app. I get to the hotel they only have smoking rooms that are completely covered in nicotine. I was so exhausted that I went to sleep not to make an issue and checked out as quick as I could because my allergies were unbearable. Also I walked into the room noticed water under the fridge leaking towards the walkway. Like I said i went to sleep woke up forgot about the water on floor so i dd step into it such horrible feeling. I jumped into the shower to feel clean but existing the shower i had to step on towels leading me to the bed to get dressed away . Put it this way this was the dirtiest place I ever been to I cannot believe the management is not embarrassed to rent this kind of unit.

Needs more cleaning i stayed for 4 days and no cleaning service was offered. My sheets and blankets smell weird. The refrigerator started liking water from the bottom so i i had to deal with water on the floor. Lastly the elevator was not working on my last day of stay so i had to used the stairs carry my luggage from the 3rd floor and pregnant.

Not Happy”
This Hotel elavators not working and put me and my disabled mother (has COPD) ON 3RD floor room. Even after I explained my mom was disabled with the respiratory disease they found no way to accommodate us: no discount, no upgrade room, no free night, no nothing for inconvenience. Got to our room finally, to have to wait hours for pots, pan, plates or utensil to go walk down 3 flights of stairs to find out none was clean at the moment and that was the hold up for receiving them. Lastly, while downstairs waiting for the dishes, front desk checked in another guest and mysterious this non disabled lady was able to be accommodated with a 1st floor room. I would of moved but after a long day of work, hauling all our stuff up 3 flights of stairs it made more sense to just get through my stay and never come back to this hotel ever again. Oh and also offered free coffee but couldn't even buy cream. Smh

the WORST!”
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The first room I had smelled like dogs, and mildew. I complained, the hotel manager was nice enough to give me another room without a problem. The second room was better, everything needs a huge update. But when it was time to go to sleep that night, my boyfriend checked the bed and there were crumbs under all the sheets as if housekeeping doesn’t clean and just throws fresh sheets over the dirty ones. There was also old dog toys and sippy cups left under furniture and dog hair in the bathroom. We literally slept on the couch and the recliner chair the two days we were there since we eventually ended up getting snowed in. I do NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Given the price, I was very skeptical of how good of a room it would be. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt. As I entered the room, it was very dirty. The refrigerator had dirty on the outside alongside stains on the door and handle which made me very scared to even open it and take a look inside the fridge. The bathroom was also very dirty given that there were hairs on the sink from the previous guest. Overall, it made me and my friend feel unsafe and felt as if the bed was not even clean to sleep on which led us to not even bother taking off out outside clothes to get our inside clothes dirty.
