Only complaint is a noisy dryer on the 3rd floor and I couldn't increase the heatin my cold room. Other than that all is well.

The front desk staff was very nice and my room was cleaned very well. The hotel amenities were not available due to COVID-19 so it would of been nice to have the price per night reduced .

Not the experience i expected and false advertising ”
I booked because of the pool being advertised & turns out pool was closed the whole time. Our room was not clean & trash was full of tabaco, missing doors to bedrooms in suites, got moved to new room but also was missing the door & both bath tubs were dirty. No extra toilet paper for staying 4 nights (they provided 2 rolls) no kitchen utensils as advertised in annuities, infested with ants, other guests' stuff left behind under the bed, stove top was rusty, no dish soap provided as i entered the suite, they weren't organized because my key expired a day before my checkout date, wifi was slow, no coffee was provided on my last day, the refrigerator was NOT clean, one of the bath tubs had a leakage & i could not sleep because of the drip sound. Got locked out of my room my last night & out of the hotel & it was raining & nobody was at the front desk to open the door, had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to open the door for me. My experience sucked. AC didnt work great either. Rm101
