Bad smell”
My room smelled like cat urine. Only thing we did there was sleep and shower because the smell was so bad. Doors were slamming loud all night. I asked one of the house keepers if they had ice and they were not friendly at all.. so disappointed

I would give this 0 stars if that were an option. Terrible, disgusting, dirty place. Cookie in particular was horrible. Unprofessional and rude. Please if it can be helped do not waste your hard earned money at this establishment

Booked king room was provided twin beds”
I booked a room at this establishment because it happened to be a cheap price. I wasn’t expecting much since I didn’t pay much, but I got much less. I booked a king size bed room 3 hours before I arrived but was told after I arrived that they were out of king sized beds but could put me into a queen sized room. This wasn’t preferable but it was after midnight so I took it. When my wife and I got to the room we found no queen size beds but twin sized made for children. My wife and I had to sleep separate for the night and didn’t get any sleep. On top of everything we specifically picked this hotel as it was “pet friendly.” But they don’t tell you that you have to pay a $25/day “pet fee” to let in an animal in your room. After the fact the hotel blamed the online service, Agoda, who we booked through, for not having up-to-date status of their room inventory, and they told us they didn’t have king size beds from the day before.

The walls are very thin. We could hear music from the room across the hall and conversations clearly as people walked down the hall. There was also a stale smell to the building.
