T who works the desk at night has beena savoir quitr a few times when the hotel waa over booked. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to ge a room elsewhere. As well making sure in the future the best way to avoid it

The staff is amazing. Gotta say hey to Erin at front desk!!! Couple issues though, parking very limited. The room keys deactivate almost daily. Upstairs neighbors are usually stompers. Had water pour through ceiling. Toilets clog easy. But location and staff makes you over look any of the negatives!

Not Really Good”
I have stayed in 4 different rooms in 11 days. The first had all the sinks and shower connected to hot water ONLY, one broken drawer, one broken door under sink, 1 range burner inoperational out of 2.. The second one was better but one time the lamp cover in the shower room fell. The 3rd had no desk. The 4th had the toilet cover broke, outlet pushed into the wall and no cord to the telephone. and dog poop all over the place outside the building. With so many problems, this place is a 2-star at best, zero at worst.

Nice Hotel but the units were not clean at all on the outside or the inside, things were broken outdated, there was a mouse trap in my room , dog feces outside the front door, looks may be, bathrooms were not clean at all, I made sure I kept some thing on my feet the whole time,looks may be deceiving with this one, I found it to be unsatisfactory!

Unpleasant Stay and Uncaring Staff”
Pro: -The room itself is great. The mini-kitchen sets it above similiar priced rooms. Cons: -Unbelieveably loud sound coming from within the walls. I thought it was a neighbor with a back massager or something. Didn't want to repack my things and move to a new room and I assumed the sound would stop around midnight. The sound continued from Check-In to Check-Out. I told the front desk, and while I wasn't expecting a refund, I was expecting some sort of apology. The way these people pucker up when it comes to money is crazy. Why would you treat your customers this way? I will never pay another dime to Extended Stay. -Walls are paper thin. I could hear every word of the conversations my neighbors were having, including their intimate moments. Really unpleasant experience. -Shower curtain was pretty gross. -Laundry room was out of order. -Walkways, catwalks and stairwells not clean.

Dirty surroundings, laundry room one washer had stagnant water, toilet cover broke, drawers broke, range burner broke, faucets/shower only connected to hot water, dog poop on ground, registration clerk impolite (I asked if they have a Lost and Found and she said "I cannot even get to the office", no offer to look when she gets inside).

Smelly and broke down”
My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. No plates/utensils, etc. in room, dirty floors and cabinet doors falling off. People hanging out in parking lot blasting music from their cars and letting their pit bulls run around off leash.
