The staff Extended Stay America and Glenwood Village, Colorado are the best. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable everything works great. The grounds are well-kept maintain and very clean. It would be one of my first choices when in the area again.

Our room was very run down: beat up counters, broken drawers, and the stove burners were covered in grease. The floor was dirty and the room smelled stale.

For a non smoking room the second we opened the door the overwhelming smell of pot was horrible! If you can get past the smell then you’ll be good. The bed was comfy & the towels were fresh. For the area this is located it could really use some updating.

Disappointment ”
Room was spacious and clean but felt dingy. The bathroom door would shut on it's own keeping the heat out. Heard water dripping from the tub and the toilet would flush all night. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear everything from the room next door.

Last minute check in”
Front desk was really friendly and respectful. I would not recommend this place for a long stay. We got it as a last minute thing. At first they provided us a room that smelled disgusting. The smell was so unbearable that I had to go ask to ne moved or money back. At first they were a little hesitant to do either, but after a 40 min wait they finally gave us another room. The carpets in the rooms are pretty dirty.

This was the dirtiest room and carpet. The room smelled like smoke and there was wet stain all over the wood that got all over everything!

Worst room ever”
I'm a business traveler and have stayed at thousands of hotels in my career. I have NEVER seen or smelled a room so filthy. It was shocking. They make you sign a non-smoking agreement upon check-in, yet I swear someone must have smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room right before opened the door. It was overwhelming. Save your money and go to another location.

This was the worst facility I’ve ever stayed at in DTC. They were outdated, dirty, had a leaky tub, smelled of cigarette smoke, paper thin walls, and I wouldn’t touch their Kitchenette at all. Please stay away for your money could be better well spent down the road.
