Pros - competitive pricing against the other hotels in area - kitchen in the room (saves tons of money when the only option is fast food) -free uber fast wifi (makes my home satellite internet look like dialup) -great placement in the community (safe neighborhood for jogs or a walk to the grocery store [super target 1.4 miles] or Safeway (1 mile) CONS -the television is kinda fussy and skiddish (you have to aim the remote at just the right angle or it doesn't work) -covid19 limits access to certain facilities (ie 2 people cannot be in laundry and we are not allowed to guard our laundry so it doesn't disappear)

Over all I was pleased with both the property and the staff but it wasn't perfect. The issues I had were: No coffee pots for the rooms. I know not everyone drink coffee but I do so this was an issue. The other issue is their elevator didn't work and my room was on the third floor. With bad knees this was difficult so I wish I had known before arriving late at night. Now understand getting this fixed takes time and the staff was very apologetic but if you couldn't walk the stairs and didn't find out late that night it could be a challenge finding another place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and on our second night we found bed bugs in our room. Really disappointing considering the place is usually really clean. We're pretty sure they came from our neighbor who was smoking cigarettes in their room. We had no bites or anything so we know they weren't in our room the first night.

Walls are very thin!! You can hear the people talking, etc., next door and hear the people upstairs walking. I was not able to sleep very much the 10+ days I was there.

Dirty”
Not only was our room dirty but the entrance and hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The “extended stay” had zero dishes in the room. I asked for a salad or mixing bowl and was told they don’t have any. There were residents always sitting on stairs in the parking lot smoking pot and drinking alcohol. The tiny free breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, muffins and oatmeal.

Shower in the dark”
I called the front desk told them my kitchen light didn't work or my bathroom light. They were very rude and told me I would have to check out. And they were full so I would have to find somewhere else.. I put all my money into getting the room there and I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get it. So I cooked and showered in the dark so just warning y'all. They don't even want to hear about the problems in the room

Life savers”
We were in between our apartments and we had to find a place to stay. We had to play it by ear, so we had to schedule our next day that am and they were able to keep our room. (Not saying they can do that ALL the time, but when they can, they will) They worked with us greatly, esp cause we got sick and had a funeral to attend within that week too. It was a hard week for us. Nancy and Sabrina were so helpful. Plus the bonus, they were super gracious about our two dogs. I can’t thank this crew enough for how accommodating and empathetic they were. Thank you!! 💯
