The staff here are amazing! They are down to earth and very communicative. No thanks to Agoda my wife and i were extended a complimentary room due to the inadequacies we were challenged with in regards to booking with Agoda, Id recommend the hotel to anyone going thru the area. The general manager is on site and will always work with you and even match rate if presented with the chance. All in all GREAT experience with the hotel.... Agoda, they can kick rocks.

Sad and disappointing”
What a sad hotel. It just looks and feels run down and without any love. I know this property is about twenty years old but it had been renovated since then. But, it isn't clean. There are stains all over the stairs which is sad because they don't look anywhere near fresh. The entire place just seems bleh. The staff was amazing and nice as can be but I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was well prepared except the basin in the bathroom didn't drain well and the material used in the bathroom/kitchenette flooring was sticky. Things I found unacceptable were the cockroaches in the bathroom and the stale food odors in the hallways and elevator.
