My first choice to stay in Fairbanks. ”
I travel around Alaska and sometimes decide to grab a hotel. I have stayed at this hotel 7-9 times in the last 8 months. I love that it is pet friendly with two outdoor areas for pets. I love the layout of the room. It has a cook top and dishes. It is next door to Fred Meyer grocery and Walgreens. Why pay for fast food or pizza when you can cook healthy. The pool is smaller, but always clean. The workout room is very well kept. They have outdoor electrical outlets in the winter to plug in vehicle. The hardwood floor is always clean and the rooms smell great. It is a quick 8 mins trip to the airport and it is priced very well.

Got what I paid for”
It was absolutely a bang for my buck, the only thing that was misleading was the breakfast, it was bagged muffins and coffee which was absolutely fine it just wasn’t a FREE BREAKFAST. Even that’s not a complaint they were absolutely fine and the customer service and location was great 5 mins from the terminal. Will stay here again next time!

If you're looking for something basic, this is about as basic as it gets. No frills, not a lot of amenities, but the room was okay and the bed comfortable.

One night was enough.”
Night receptionist stoned and didn’t book us in properly. Room heating on max, unable to turn it down so asked to be moved. She didn’t update the register so when we booked out next morning day staff struggled to complete and rectify our reservation. Dezman was very helpful with this and ordering a cab for us. Room basic but clean and bed comfortable. Fine for a one night stop over. Coffee gone on the “grab and go” breakfast before 9am and no milk for tea, just sweetened or vanilla flavoured creamer. Not good with tea! Muffins and granola bars were breakfast choices at this location.

You get what you pay for”
The proximity to the airport was very convenient for traveling out the next morning. Other than that the facility was not very well maintained, trash and cigarette butts littered the parking lot. If you need a "do not disturb" sign I suggest bringing your own or you can easy make one out of duck tape and cardboard, as I had witnessed someone had done during my stay.

The room that was advertised on Agoda with a kitchenette was not available. The staff was unable to accommodate the reservation and downgraded us to a regular room without a kitchenette. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport. It was difficult to get any sleep due to the noise in the halls and outside.

My son and I choose this place because of the pool. It would have been nice if the website was updated to inform people that the pool is closed. I could have saved some money and stayed somewhere else.

Front desk was not friendly. Could not find them at times. You had to wait to see them. Housekeeper only clean when you leave.

They had a newer employee working the night we were supposed to check in and they told us since it was after midnight we couldn’t check in until 3pm the next day. After that we attempted to check in the next day and we were informed our reservation had been cancelled. I understand things happen but we had to sleep in our car for a night and 3 adult women don’t fit very well into a car.
