Nice room and bed ”
They are doing renovations on my stay Aug 2022 but the room and bed was very nice and there are a lot of places to eat nearby. Being next to freeway was not an issue. The carpets need to be changed but I will stay again and give it 4 out of 5 stars🤩 because of the carpets and renovations going on

I’f you’re looking to stay somewhere for a extended amount of time even a day this is where I’d recommend in Houston ! No roaches beds were comfortable staff is great ! Only thing they need to top it off is having coffee all day and serve hot breakfast in the morning ! I loved it here for my kids and myself !

Everything was great unfortunately there were additional creepy crawlers. In the bathroom at night every night there were 3-4 roaches walking around. I solved the problem the last night by living the bathroom light on.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating however There was a bug in my room upon my arrival and i just couldn’t get over it. It looked like a roach but i was told it could be a water bug, regardless bugs are bugs and that freaked me out.

Lamp missing a light bulb, strange dark sticky area on bathroom floor, roach, alarm had been set for 6:30am, wifi was pretty bad

Okay hotel, terrible management”
Manager screamed at me in front of a ton of people because he thought I was trying to get by without paying my pet fee. In reality I had paid the pet fee every day for five days and when I extended the stay I asked the clerk to give me a few minutes to get off the phone (work conference call) and that I would be down there to pay it in just a few minutes, but that wasn't good enough for him. When I went to get on the elevator to go pay it, he was coming off talking shit about me (We'd never even met at this point) and proceeded to scream at me all the way from upstairs to the front desk and for a while while down there, basically trying to call me a thief (the room itself had already been paid for) to the point that I literally could not even get him to stop long enough for me to run my card. He's a hot headed, ignorant homophobe who needs to be fired.

They don't accept Cash? ”
The gentleman who checked me in took it upon himself to take my cash and use his personal card to help me get checked in. What a wonderful thing to do. However there was a miscommunication about the pricing that I questioned while checking out. I was courteous, polite, and professional when I questioned the price at checkout. Unfortunately it was not the same employee who checked me out. My exchange with this employee put a bitter taste in my mouth. I was met with poor attitude, and flat out rudeness. Then at the end of the conversation, she informed me that I was no longer welcome to stay there again. For what? Your guess is as good as mine.

Worst extended stay I’ve ever stayed at. The paint is flaking off the walls, smoke detector hanging by the wire from the ceiling. Lamps with no power. Not your typical extended-stay.
