Slightly disappointed”
No coffe pot or means to make coffe or tea. Has cooking range no pots no dishes. Refrigeration and outlets on that wall do not work. Nice bed and facilities otherwise. Super nice staff and easy check in. Even with negatives will work in a pinch.

I booked that afternoon, and when I arrived they said there weren’t any rooms left, so I had to go online and find another hotel at 10pm. Very frustrating!

Hard bed, lots of guest outside at all hours making noise ”
If you’re in a pinch a need a cheap place to stay this is it. Don’t expect much. The staff is very nice though. The beds are hard, the rooms smell like stale smoke, you have to go get your own towels. A lot of people live here as it’s an extended stay place so it was hard to sleep because there was a lot of noise

The lady at the front desk was super helpful when I first arrived. The room was hot and muggy. There wasn't any towels in the room and one bar of soap. The chair in the room were dirty, I had to wipe them before having a seat. the free breakfast was a joke. I asked for a cup of water and was told they only had the HOT water for making oatmeal available with coffee.

I’m sure other locations are better but this location was horrible. They did however comp me for my stay there but this location needs drastic improvements. The location is too nice for the hotel to be in this type of condition.

Poor”
The 1st room was falling apart. Toilet seat broken, TV didn't work, phone was broken, bed leaned so you almost fell out. Told desk and they moved us to another room. It had blood on sheets dead bugs in bathroom. Fridge made a bad humming sound all night. The office pulled out a box and said this is the make it right box. It had stuff from big lots. Cheap finger nail polish, ear phones, light up shower head....they said I could pick any item I wanted. I just stared like um I am not 5. Would never stay here again

Shower was Fallin threw phone cord was cut lady in front desk was rude there was no breakfast like the promise supposed to get ready none of this was very displeased with it as a matter of really didn't feel like I got my money's worth that off plus had to pay $100 deposit wish I can get back to five to seven business days I guess very very very displeased

One word - gross!”
This place was literally the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was dirt and trash all over the floor, the bathroom had hair in the sink and shower, it smelled musty and damp, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed. I will never stay in this motel chain again.
