Overall not bad for the money. Staff was ok, could be a bit more welcoming as I gave stayed there before. Parking lot & areas could be cleaner. Room was fine but with Covid room sure didn’t smell disinfected!! Glad I brought my own Lysol. Today, to make guests feel safer use disinfectants so the rooms smell like it!!

The location is great as well as convenient to a lot of necessities , but after being here almost three months my husband has experienced racial profiling from two of the staff; one of whom I thought was very nice, but I guess he was a wolf in sheep's clothing so to speak. We are temporarily until move into our home, but for as long as we have to stay here, I will only speak when necessary, and not on any other terms.

Dissapointing”
Everything was smaller than expected, the room and the bed (full not queen and uncomfortable). The kitchenette was empty and we were told to call the front desk if we needed anything. The phone rang and rang. The breakfast is very sad, I don't know why they bother. Since there were no cups or bowls or silverware we ended up not using the kitchenette as planned. Very disappointing.

Within the last couple of weeks we have had an attack of reaches, and I have mad e it known to the front desk as well as there maintenance and nothing has been done about it.

You get what you pay for I guess”
There is only one person working at a time. The staff was kind, but our room was dirty. The shower was gross and there was trash under the bed. The first time we kept to ourselves the second time we had to speak up. We had been sent to a room with a broken showerhead and broken refrigerator then sent to another room with an awful smell that was later masked for us upon request. All in all, I guess we only paid $80 a night but I wish I payed more to ensure I would be somewhere clean. I did like the area, it is close to the airport with local options for restaurants. I probably would not come back but I am glad I had somewhere in Phoenix close to the airport for a quick stay! I would like to add that the facility was most definitely understaffed and the staff that was there was very kind and tried to help us as much as they could.

Roaches ”
After telling staff more than once of instances in which we've encountered roaches, nothing has been done to rectify the situation! I'm a currently in a situation where I beyond my control we've had to reside here, and for amount of money I've put into this property i should not have this problem! Its a great location and convenient to my job, as well as other things, but this has gotten out of hand! I am fully looking into having them comp the room for a few days; its the least they can do!!

Front desk hours are not observed”
Front desk hours: 6am-10:30pm. I arrived shortly after 10pm due to circumstances beyond my control. Front door was locked. Picked up phone to call someone. It rang. Individual picked up, and I told him the situation. Without identifying himself, he said he wasn't the person I should be talking to. Being cold, tired, and irritated, I was a bit angry. I wanted my room right away, as I did not have much time to get ready for a night out. I picked up the phone again, and it rang to a busy signal. 15 minutes passed before the night agent appeared. He seemed confused. His phone rang, but stopped after a minute. He was coming on shift after the previous person left for the night. The phone had apparently connected me to a GUEST at the hotel! This type of gross negligence is inexcusable. Train your staff. Fix your phones. Get your act together. I want my money back.

I was surprised that this place was more expensive than some of the motels that were options. Very very basic, lamps by the bed broken on both sides, okay cleanliness.

Dirty”
This hotel is dirty inside and out. Outside there is trash, tons of dog poop outside and the smell of marijuana at 8 AM. The room was dirty, the carpet had a huge stain and the couch had a huge stain. “Breakfast’” is coffee and a granola bar. Generally just gross.

An unmitigated disaster. Stay away. ”
People urinating in the parking lot. Thick coats of dust on the appliances. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Cigarette smoke in the hallway. Hairs found on bedding and stuck to lamps. Broken lamps. Stains on bedding and carpet. Moved us to a different room only to find much of the same. Did not feel safe. Some very unsavory people coming and going..

Motel 6 with a bad kitchenete”
We were very disappointed in our room and the facility. The room was not clean. The bed sunk in the middle. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine, making it impossible to sleep. The staff was not helpful. The "accessable" room was not very accessible with a full sized tub to try and step into. The breakfast was a joke, granola bars, oatmeal and tea but no hot water for either, coffee was not available. We did not feel safe in the parking lot. As we were leaving at 10am the smell of marijuana in the office was overwhelming. Next time we will stay with Best Western.

Worst experience of my life!!!”
The staff Loretta the worst and the general manager Vikie Wolfe did nothing to listen to what I had to say.. i would never ever put my children under the stress they put us though ever again!!!....The way they kicked me out was uncalled for .....had been saying with them since 31st of March. The emotional stress they out my family and I through never again!!!
