I absolutely love extended stay....you want professionalism and always available to assist staff well I can say the Orlando South Park location does it for me these days. Kudos to Ms Judy for coming thru with assisting my extension of stay today she really helped my day with removing my stress and worries while I was out working. Thanks to the GMs both Carlos and Peter for not allowing a title to get in the way of assisting. Michelle you are not left out You were the one who welcomed me to this location with a beautiful smile and warm heart..... thank you.....

Beware!”
The room looked clean but we had very small black ants that seemed to be centralized on the desk/table and the nightstand. We were told they were coming to spray and they never did!! Asked to be moved and that wasn’t an option. The toilet keep backing up and I called the front desk and was told a plunger would b delivered to my room after over 24 hrs I had to go to the front desk to get a plunger!! Every time I took all my towels to the front desk to exchange for a fresh set they never had anything and would give me maybe 2-3 large towels but no dish rags, face cloths etc. Would always say they’d call my room or have it sent but that never happened either!! Then you have people propping open the doors on the sides of the building so any and everyone can gain access to the building. Lots of noise from the room above us also. The front desk staff some were nice and some were rude. One lady gave us laundry soap when we asked for stuff to put in the dishwasher , and another told me if I saw the housekeeping cart to ask that person for towels n etc with an attitude.

The room was ok and it was clean. It was a kitchenette but there were no dishes, pots, pans, etc. Actually, just like Old Mother Hubbard the cabinets were completely bare. The was no shampoo, etc; and only one plastic cup. There wasn't even a Do Not Disturb tag to keep the MAID FROM BEATING ON THE DOOR AT 8AM SUNDAY MORNING!!!. The absolute worst thing was, we were one room from the side exit door. The key slot for the door did not work, so if someone did not use the available rock as a door stop they could not get back in. Of course they would just rattle and beat on the door until someone got up and let them in.

But the room is old and smells musty. The breakfast is just plain cupcakes and coffee/tea. Some of the appliances are not working. You really get what you pay for.
