To whom it may concern, I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay in your hotel with my family on the 24th May 2017 at approximately 1500hr. On the first day of our stay, we collected our keys and went up to our room. To my horror, I realised that the bedsheets were not changed, the toilet bowl was not washed thoroughly, and we were not even able to connect to the Wi-Fi. We decided to leave our belongings in the room and inform the counter staff at night as we had plans made. When we reached the lobby, my sister held the door for my dad while there was a staff who was nearby. Instead of holding the door for us, he just walked out while my sister was still holding the door, with no sense of gratitude at all. At around 2200hrs, we reached back to the hotel and informed the counter staff about the condition of our room. The counter staff was rude and replied us that 'this was not his business' and told us that we didn't have connection as it was the corner room. He told us that he will tweak the router such that we will be able to connect to it; if not, I quote, he will lend us his phone to connect to his hotspot (which he did not). No actions were made regarding the cleaniness of the room since then. Our stay was short and I have to admit that the hotel was very affordable, however, I sincerely do not think that this is how hotel staffs should behave and react to situations similar to mine. My purpose of this complaint is not to pinpoint the fault but rather to hope that you and your management will make necessary actions to better facilitate future customers so that they do not need to experience all these letdowns.

Value for money ie come with complimentary breakfast. Friendly staffs. But the wash area drainage need to improve as it will flood the floor easily when shower.

Cleanliness: -blocked drainage in the shower -hairs in the sink upon arrival. what the heck! -leaking ceiling in the bathroom Staff: -asked for extra towels and the male staff rudely said no extra towels and offered no solution. too tired to argue with the rude staff

I booked for two rooms and have to pay security deposit for each room RM50 EACH. I booked two room at 11@Century Hotel Johore Bahru, only need to pay a total of RM50 as security deposit for 2 room. Towels look yellowish and toilet door was stained something like feaces. At the top of the hotel were found transmission of radio and telephone transmission station which I found it uneasy to stay in this hotel
