Quality”
Excellent location with restaurants, sky train, stores, etc. next to the hotel. Also the Old City is a 10 minute walk. The room and bathroom are top quality. We drove to the hotel and couldn't find the parking lot. I called the hotel and a girl by the name of Ritah was very nice by walking outside to direct me to the parking lot. The parking is underground parking and entrance is by closed electric doors which is opened by the hotel front desk. The buffet was full of fresh food which was really delicious.

Eyal Hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was centrally located in Jerusalem, yet it was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. We will stay here every time we come to Jerusalem.

Good location close to the old town, clean room”
Eyal Hotel is centrally located in Jerusalem, although it seems on the map that is quite far. It takes around 10 minutes to reach the old town (Jaffa Gate and Damascus Gate). It is right next to Yafo Street where the City Hall is located and there are two tram stops close by. It's also around 1 km from Yehuda market. Breakfast was good and reception stuff was very helpful with everything. Lastly, our room was very clean daily as well. The only drawback (which the hotel had already pointed when we booked) is that there is a bar opposite the hotel playing music until late, and generally there is a lot of noise on this street from trucks and cars and people in general. So you need to chose a room without a balcony that faces the street if you want lower noise levels.

Very nice hotel, short distance to the Old City, Mehane Yehuda market, Ben Yehouda street, Jaffa Street. To be central, means also some noice from the steet (during the night). Very nice personell at the counter. The staff in the diningroom was not the best.. Food is very good. Free parking under the hotell - very good for a foreigner visiting Jerusalem with a rented car!!!

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready. The staff was very friendly and they stored our luggage while we were able to go out. The hotel is conveniently located so that we could walk around after dinner. There is a laundromat across the street and we were able to drop off our dirty laundry and pick up in late afternoon at a very reasonable cost. The room was small but clean and neat.

Israeli hotels are all about fantastic breakfasts. Eyal falls short here... worst inedible breakfasts!!!! Very discouraging and disappointing! Food was foul really horrible!!! Hotel location was great with adequate rooms (though pillows were awful).

Pro: Really nice kosher hotel, with sabes lift, kosher food, mechanical keys (to be asked). Location good, clean. Good to know: Dairy kitchen (breakfast) - due to kasrut reason I guess. Cons: My only window was facing to the "light hole" so I saw the wall, nothing else, which was 2 meters away covered with plants. It is depressing for that money. Air condition is loud and add the noise of the engines on the roof.

OK - good quality for ratio”
The quality/price is great as the hotel is well located, has good facilities in the room and is very clean. However, the staff is not at the hotel standard and above all, some facilities are indicated but not available. The hotel states it has a free parking which is absolutely incorrect.

We needed an inexpensive hotel for one night. The room was extremely small but generally clean and quite. The towels looked like they had been washed one two many times, being very thin. The room we had was interior, looking out into a small courtyard without light. The better rooms have a balcony with natural light. The breakfast was average. There were three staff present but they never stopped talking to each other to offer any help. The front desk staff was much better at customer service. The carpet in the dining room looked like it had not been vacuumed in days.

A comfortable, midtown hotel. Easy walking access to mayor sights. Many restaurants around it. Friendly staff, good israeli breakkfast. a bit of upkeep could do wonders, value for money.

Great location but.....”
The location, breakfast and underground parking were great however our room was small and it was warm-ish while we were there eventhough it was the winter months. Only the heat was available (no AC) so we were not able to contol the temperature in our room and only had one small window (not to the outside). We had to get ready/dressed in 30° C (86° F) every morning! Even when it cooled down outside our room did not cool down.
