Definitely not 4 star...
Huge rooms, and great location but fabric and cleanliness poor, and breakfast chaotic and poorly serviced. Room very big, two twin beds and a seating area, but AC sounded like it was on it's last legs, and general cleanliness questionable. Breakfast was very busy, and the waiting staff were extremely slow clearing tables and resetting - so much so I did breakfast once in my 3 day visit. Whole hotel needs a re-vamp and I probably will stay elsewhere next time, which is a shame as the staff were brilliant.
