Dear sir, to my horror, as soon i stepped in to the hotel i realised that I am on a wrong footing because of following reasons :- 1. The hotel staff are not at all conversant with the technology. Though I have shown them my booking they have bluntly said that my booking has been cancelled. My self and my family was made to sit in the lounge for more than 45 minutes. 2. The room allotted to me was very congested and did not had hot water facility when I checked in because hot water was over by the time we are in the hotel. We had to take bath with cold water only in this winter. The bathroom / washroom do not have any ventilator and all the stink comes in the bedroom. We cannot open the window as the open drainage is flowing by the side of this hotel. 3. My train on 24.12.2012 was at 2215 hrs but I was told to leave the room by 0900 hrs in the morning. All my requests to accommodate me till night in the hotel fell on deaf ears though I was ready to pay they the room rent for extra hours if any. The counter staff are so rude they are unfit to be in hospitality industry. I was made to check out with my baggage and spouse at 0930 hrs and take a room for a day in the adjacent HOTEL 4. Lastly, I would suggest to my fellow citizens to avoid this hotel if you want to have jolly trip of Visakhapatnam. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to air my views.

Lovely and homely staying”

I got frustrated after 1st look of the hotel from outside. But the inside was very clean and attendants were very much laborious with well behavior. The foods were also very good as like as our home. They tried to provide us whatever we demanded. Overall the hotel is well maintained with least crowed and appropriate for the middle class civilization.

Good for the price, but service wasn't great”

Reception was welcoming and the room was fine for the price. There was cable, room service, and a adequate bathroom with shower spout and western toilet. The operator at room service, though, was not professional and, upon hearing my accent, asked if I was from American and when I answered yes, asked if he could have some dollars. Although it didn't upset me that much, it made me a bit uncomfortable. All in all, it was a good stay for the price.

Pros: Helpful staff at reception, provided useful and detailed info for traveling Travel Desk charges are very nominal/genuine Check-in are allowed at any time, valid for 24 hours. and a grace of 1 additional hour is provided. Cons: Breakfast time is very short just 8:30 to 10:30 Complimentary Breakfast is below average Many times, restaurant staff denies serving certain menu items, but on intervention from reception staff, agreed on providing them immediately.

the overall stay was good. but while vacating the room had a bit bat experience as the hotel people did not provide me the copy of the bill i had paid, (instead they have provided a wrong bill, which i found after reaching my place.
