This hotel is value for money. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. The only problem that I faced is lack of parking space and there is no hotel telephone to contact room service, reception or housekeeping. So we end up have to walk to reception everytime we need any services.

Spacious room with private parking..”

Very happy with my 2 nights stay. My room is spacious and bed was king size. Bathroom was ok but water was not hot. TV (multiple channels), coffee maker and sofa. My problem is with the dim light. Parking is first come first serve (problem only during peak or full house). Very very recommended for family and couple. The lift you can go up from parking. Beside this hotel got famous restaurants. The western food was superb (of course need to Q).. will surely come again..

wonderful staff & affordable room”

went for a short stop during pkpb & the staff was very helpful. the room is clean, spacious for a standard room & they even changed the old styled television to a flat screen. although the carpet looks kinda worn out, it’s not a problem for me. they even provide ample parking space at the back of the hotel which is right in-front of the hotel lift & another covered & open parking space opposite of the hotel which is just a stone’s throw away. the location of the hotel is very strategic & there’s even a speedmart at the back of the hotel, which is very easy to access by using the hotel’s lift to the ground floor. overall m, it was a pleasant stay !

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable and very nice hot water. Got carpark beside and below. Got restaurant beside if you want having breakfast. Only the remote TV and the channel need to fix.
