I wouldn't want to stay here again”
The carpets appear to be designed to hide dirt. And hide dirt they do. My wife had to put on shoes to get from the bed to the bathroom without getting her feet dirty. I just walked through the dirt. The bathrooms are straight out of the 1960s, and don't look refurbished at all. They were clean, but how clean can they get when there is rust and wear visible and dis-coloring everywhere. They charge $15 a night for a small dog, but there isn't a blade of grass to take your dog out to relieve her on. Instead there is broken glass and plants with prickly thorns that get in the dogs feet, causing pain and after multiple sessions, the dog doesn't want to go out anymore. They served a carb-only breakfast. Doesn't work for someone want to avoid carbs. But they did supply hard-boiled eggs - a welcome relief. Except they didn't serve them 2 out of three nights because the football game crowd was in town, and apparently they choose to hide the eggs when the hotel is full. There was one GREAT staff/member (probably a manager). But if you didn't get him, the rest of the staff was not able to be very helpful at all. For example, we had two queen beds for 4 people. When we arrived, there was one washcloth and two hand-towels, and one big towel. When we went to the maid to get more, we were told that they didn't have enough inventory. But after being pressured, she finally handed us one more wash cloth. Oh, and the hotel borders a train track. When the train blows its horn in the middle of the night, you almost fall out of bed it is so loud. There is more, but I would sound whiny. Sleeper beware!

The room was advertised as having A/C and TV. Neither worked. It was over 100F at the time of our stay. The hotel did not repair either nor provide us with another room. We had to sleep with the window open to get some air. Freight trains ran outside our window all night long. The door to our room was broken and could only be closed by placing your shoulder on the door and forcing it closed. And then it could not be locked. The manager stated the hotel would compensate us but after almost 2 months we have not heard from them, and we cannot get in contact with anyone who can help us.

Dirty feeling, bad service”
1st room had a broken shelf in bathroom, bathroom was not cleaned at all. They put us in a new room and it had stained sheets. We simply asked for new sheets and staff would not comply, they just said, "I'm sure they have been cleaned, they are just stained." It felt gross, I guess that's what you get for the price

Booked for 2 nights with my dog but I swear I did not see a $15 a night charge for my dog. Another thing the pool and the hot tub were not available which on the website did not say that . Is my bathroom My bathroom left something to be desired and cleanliness 3rd and climbing us there were stains water stains on the ceiling underneath the coffee pot hadn't been cleaning quite some The furniture hold up the microwave and refrigerator seemed at any time if you touched it it would fall over and break.. Also the area where the vending machines are were filled with junk molecules molding from from 4 walls or whatever there was a shot back out laying around.

Do not stay here. I had no shower curtain and no bath towels for 2 days. On the first day, I notified the front desk . On the second day, I notified the front desk again but this time the front desk person got upset with me for asking again. On the third day, my key didn't work and had to go down to the front desk 3 times with my hands full carrying my food, drink, and work items before I was able to get in. This time I had a shower curtain but still no towels. I had to go down stairs again to get a towel. On the third day there was a different front desk person that was very helpful. I would like to mention that they do not clean your room for your entire stay.

Did not get the king room I paid for. After making them aware of this they moved us to the king room. The heat didn't work so we told them and they gave us another room with no heat. We were too tired by this time to switch rooms again and dealt with it. Was not impressed

We were in town for a funeral. Two nights. The hotel was fine but very old. There were some updates. The biggest disappointment was the cable box did not work so we had no entertainment when we were in for the night. The front desk came and went through the motions to fix it but in reality they knew the cable boxes were old and needed replaced.

The recliner in the room was broken. The foot part would not go down. Shower handle was broken, unable to shower! How did they clean the shower with no water?
