Perfect location, the hotel smells good, the room is big enough. The place is neat and clean. The free breakfast is also delicious and you have a variety to choose from.

We where put in a room where it is near where they clean their mops and someone fixing something. So it was a little annoying to hear someone doing hammering and also random staffs talking outside the rooms. I had to call front desk. Breakfast was okay.

Great hotel”
Everything is nice here. They have large, almost sound-proof, and well-maintained rooms. Beds and sheets were comfortable. They also provide complete toiletries. Staff were great and attentive. Smart TV works well and actually has a large selection of films/series VOD to watch but not all of them have ENG subtitles. Breakfast menu is decent and could still be improved--especially the dry slices of loaf bread and cakes. A few things to improve on: provision of indoor slippers would be great, and fixing the heater for shower would be appreciated. It took quite a while for the shower to heat up.

Room are spacious. Staff are friendly and good security. My only concern is they were not at front with a charges. They charge rent for an iron, but overall its a great stay.

Pros: - Breakfast included, there are also other food in the cafe that can be ordered (freshly cooked/prepared) - Clean sheets - Soap, shampoo and lotion are already in a dispenser so eco-friendly, no extra waste Cons: - The room assigned has no windows and near the laundry area so it can be noisy sometimes - No slippers provided - No mini ref in their rooms - Front desk staff need to be more friendly and accommodating - For the days I booked, there was no security guard outside the premises so looking for a taxi was DIY Overall: If just for a short stay near Ecoland, it’s okay. But service and other provisions need to improve to match their actual published rate

Misleading info and needs improvement ”
Hi so we were on a long 18 hr flight . Called ahead to make sure they know that we r going to arrive earlier than check in time . Only to find out I have to pay 3 hrs worth because it was an early check in. They didn’t tel us this when we called. And to boot all the rooms are empty anyways. We were also moved several times to accommodate their own regular guests. There were construction noise above us. The room that we stayed the 2nd time was ok. The F&B staff are very good. The breakfast buffet was good. The draft beer on the tap was disappointing.Overall it is 1 star⭐️. Location is pretty central to Ecoland area. Accessible by tricycle and taxi.
