        Nice and comfortable hotel”

        This hotel is right across the ocean front and the view is beautiful. The room is spacious and very modernity designed. Bathroom is also great with strong water pressure. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is a common area on the first floor so that you can use the microwave oven, get hot water, ice and coffee. This hotel has no restaurant so you have to either bring food back to your room or eat out before coming back in the evening. There is a supermarket less than five minutes walk away. In general it is an enjoyable hotel if you’re not expecting to use any facility because there is none.

        フロントでの丁寧な応対ありがとうございました。 山側と海側のお部屋があるのですが、私は３階の山側でした。フロントの方は申し訳なさそうに「本日、山側のお部屋で…」と仰いましたが、泊まれたら良かったので、何も全く気にならなかったです。ご丁寧に日の出の時刻を教えて頂きました。周辺の観光マップもあるようでした。(不要だったので頂きませんでした) 窓の外は目の前が桜並木でしたので、桜が咲く頃はお部屋でのんびりとお花見ができそうでした。 部屋はとても清潔で申し分ありませんでした。 ベッドがとても快適で疲れませんでした。しいて言うなら、低い枕があればよかったかな？…と思いました。 トイレとシャワールームが別々なのも良かったです。(このホテルを選ぶ決め手にもなってます) ロビーには、無料のコーヒーマシンや電子レンジやシンクがあり、重宝しました。 旅行客の方々の憩いの場所となっていました。 ちょっとしたお土産や、アイス・ジュースも売ってあります。(自販機やランドリーもありました) 仕事で来たのですが、今後機会があれば、のんびりともう一泊くらいしたくなる、とても素敵なホテルでした！ ありがとうございました！

        2人で予約していましたが、チェックインの時に 1人になった事を伝えると、ダブルの部屋が空いてるとの事で、気持ちよく部屋を変えてもらい、 対応も良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で清潔感があり最高に良かったです

        急遽宿泊日を延ばしたくお電話した際から大変好印象でした。到着してからもずっと丁寧なご対応いただき素敵な滞在経験になりました。外観～ロビー～室内までとてもきれいで、コロナ対策もしっかりされており、連泊の際はルームクリーニングの有無を選択できます(なしの場合消耗品を紙袋で貸してくださいます)。布団はふかふかでカーテンがあつく静かでよい睡眠がとれ旅の疲れを癒せました。石鹸がボデソとリンスインシャンプーなので、わたしのように肌が弱めの人は、洗顔とお風呂石鹸を持参するとよいですが、徒歩圏内でも車でも近くにスーパーや薬局があるので、現地で揃えられます。シャワーの水圧も申し分なくシャワー室内が広くて椅子の高さがちょうどいいので湯船がなくてもリラックスできました。共有スペースで電子レンジが使用でき、その場でゆったりすごせるロビーも雰囲気がよかったです。また窓から熊野灘が見え朝カーテンを開けたときの癒しがすごいです。全般的に大変よい滞在経験でした。また来た際は利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

        スタッフさんの優しさ!ありがとう”

        ホテルが見つけにくかった。電話をかけたらスタッフさんが『国道まで出ておりますので車種と色をおっしゃってください』って親切な対応。よくよく聞いたらホントに国道沿いであまり目立たなかったがひとりで行けた。 清潔な室内で安心したし、お風呂もシャワーだけであったがシャワールームも心地よく満足だった。

        新しくて清潔”

        フェアフィールドというホテルがあることさえ知りませんでしたが、今回泊まることになりました。良い点はベッドが大きいこと。難点はベッドが大きいので部屋が狭くなってしまうこと。 ただ寝心地は抜群なので疲れても翌日は100%回復できました。コーヒーカップはありますが、出来ればパンをのせれる大きさのプレートがあるとうれしいと思います。 ロビーでコーヒーを飲めるのはとてもくつろげました。

        チェックイン時の対応など、スタッフの皆さんの対応には、好感が持てました。 ロケーションも悪いわけではありませんが、食事面に少々難があります。 地元にはさほど飲食店が無く、熊野に行っても外食は限られています。 新宮まで行けば、そこそこお店はあるので、新宮をおすすめします。 海も近く、自然豊で、ゆっくり過ごすのは大変良いホテルかと思います。 また利用したいと思います。
