We were looking for directions from Namba station but the hotel was not mentioned on their map. Room was a decent size and buffet breakfast was just normal. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cozy and welcoming”

First time in Japan, staffs were very friendly and helpful in guiding us on our travels. Providing details on how to go about and cheaper alternatives. The room itself may look abit small space especially the showers but I guess that's a norm here. But the pros definitely is clean and cozy. The distance to Namba station is a 5min walk and there's a convenience store just nearby too! The showers and the toilet is separated so it will be a plus side if nature calls when the other party can still shower or use the sink!

Staff not performing”

Staff are not very productive and slow at check in. The cleaning staff is terrible that you need to wait when they are free. they will ignore the door sign about cleaning now or do not disturb. the gym policy during covid time is ridiculous. only 1 person can use the gym at one time but there are always other people bumping in the gym at your session

A tiny bathroom ”

The bathroom is really tiny and basically for a group of 3 like mine, we have to open our luggages one by one, while others have to close their luggage. A bit small room but clean and given pajamas

Quite a distance from train station”

Nice & clean hotel. Room with king bed, no space if you want to open up 2 medium size luggages. Google map indicate 7-8mins walk from train station but real fact is quite far, more than 10 mins walk, especially with luggages. There is no view surrounding the hotel. Good thing there is one big supermarket nearby, few mins walk from hotel around the corner.

Would stay here again!”

The hotel is strategically located nearby both JR Namba and Namba Metro. There were also two convenience stores located just nearby! The room was contemporary, and we had enough space for the two of us. We would definitely come back here again. For my fellow muslim travellers, there is a halal ramen restaurant (Honulu Ramen) located less than 2 mins away from the hotel.

It is located about 10 mins from Namba station but it feels more after sightseeing or shopping. But the service and food are really great some I want to recommed if you are looking for cozy hotel in Namba.
