          It was very clean. Nice room. We had a king bed room with a sofa couch and it was very spacious.
          Had issues with the ac in the room. Otherwise would have gave 10 rating. Also the hot tube was broken.

          Pool closed and not an attractice outdoor space. The color chosen for rooms and hallways are too cold colors, not inviting nor cozy (dark gray...too dark). A lighter tone of gray would look eay better. I d have liked to have another chair in my room. It had one. We were 3 people in the room.

          Rita in the reception was great, helpful and always smiling. The others not so much… Fridge, microwave and a coffee machine in the room. Free coffea available in the afternoon as well as complimentary mineral water.
          Room most certainly does not look anything like the photos Breakfast is very poor. No scrambled eggs for example. The only natural foods are bananas and apples. Other than that only plastic wrapped processed food. Very slow elevator. You cannot open the window whereby the air in the room is constantly stale. No recycling effort, enormous waste of plastics. No armchair in the room, so to watch TV you have to sit on your bed. Was informed in the reception that cleaning of the room only every second day. I could live with that but on the third day, still nobody had come to clean the room. The electrical outlets are in the wrong places. The one on the table (extension cord) doesn’t work. The shampoo offered in the bathroom is poor quality, it dries out the hair and the skin. The reception is miniscule and doesn’t have any place to sit down. The carpet in the room doesn’t look very clean. Would prefer a clean floor without a carpet but understand that this is basically US hotel standard, but at least it must be, and look clean. I chose this hotel because of its high rating but really, this experience makes me wonder about the ratings. If this hotel with such a high rating offers such a poor experience, what do the other hotels with lower ratings look like?
