Hotel decor seemed a bit bland and location slightly far from vibrant downtown...perfect for business travellers though....but you can not fault Fairmont for quality of service and comfort. Spacious room with incredible views....amazing spa and dining options...I had a very relaxing stay...which is what I expected....so well done Fairmont.

جناح مميز ونظافة وترتيب وديكور جميل
انصح به وبشده
الموقع قريب من جواهر مول ١٠ دقايق مشيء على الاقدام
واطلالته مميزه وفندق هادي ورايق
يعتبر سعره غالي مقارنة بغيره لكنه يستحق القيمة المدفوعه فيه
وتصنيفة بمواقع الحجوزات ضالم للفندق
لايعكس جمال واناقة الفندق ورقي الخدمة المقدمة

موقع ممتاز ومواصفات رائعة لكن خدمة بطيئة وهوية معدومة”
الخمور في كل مكان بداية من الاستقبال والثلاجة وبجانب المصعد وفي المطاعم وفي اللوبي والجلسات الجانبية
كذلك اتجاه القبلة الموجود في الأدراج داخل الغرفة وضع باتجاه خاطيء
وهناك رائحة الخمور المراقة والمسكوبة في الغرف نتيجة الاستهلاك الخاطيء لها
مستوى النظافة يحتاج الى تحسين خصوصا الموكيت داخل الغرفة
الحمام رائع لكن ليس هناك عتبة ورداد للماء بحيث يمكن ان يتسرب الماء الى الغرف
خدمات الغرف طلبنا عدة الحلاقة والأسنان ولم تصل
كذلك التكييف سيء جداً طلبنا اصلاحه لكن الفني جاء وفصل التيار وأعاده وقال سيعمل بعد ربع ساعة ولم يعمل ولم يتابع الحالة معنا
اجمل ما في الفندق الاطلالة البانورامية
والفطور كان جيدا
وأسوأ ما فيه البعد عن الهوية الإسلامية
