I would very much so recommend the Fairy Garden Villa! It is a very nice hotel where there is great value for the price. You can tell that the owner, Vincent and his family, care very much about their hotel and the customer satisfaction. The hotel was all around very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and both Western and Vietnamese options. Vincent was always very accommodating ensuring that you always have everything you need. He also provided a well put together document of recommendations for food and activities in the area which proved to be very helpful. The property is located in a peaceful and quiet area, there are bikes to use for free to easily get to and from town. This was both my friend as well as my favorite hotel in Vietnam!

The rooms are also very large and the bathroom is really big with a great rainfall shower. They also can arrange tours or transportation for you at a reasonable price.They have free bikes to use and scooters to rent so don't be worried that the location is not right in the walking town. You won't get as nice as a hotel/rooms for the price in town or such a warm & friendly family anywhere else. I arrived on the early 6am bus into HoiAn and thus at the hotel super early and they were gracious & kind enough to allow me to check in early. I stayed here for a week and will definitely be back next time i'm in HoiAn!

AMAZING Place to Stay in Hoi An”
Wow! This is the best place I have stayed in Vietnam. I stayed just under 1 month and LOVED my time at this amazing spot! Such a warm, welcoming family, beautiful pool and grounds, large, comfy bed and beautiful stone throughout the building. Strongly recommend this one! 5 stars, thru and thru!!

I found this place to be great and perfect for my needs. I stayed in the 3 person dorm and the bed was super comfy and I loved the design of the place. A nice little balcony and a pool/jaquzzi. A short bike ride into Hoi An's touristy area. The staff was also fatastic and super friendly!

I stayed almost 2 weeks here and loved it.......newer hotel, large rooms and bathrooms, nice selection for breakfast, free bikes for use, scooters for rent, pool, great wifi, and the super nice and friendly family/owners. Can't beat the value here for the price.

The facilities were beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it's a bit far away from the city centre, but they remedy this by offering free bicycles, which we used and we're satisfied with. I would definitely recommend others stay here as we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Space to live up to their potential”
Fairy garden is a place where you notice that the management is really trying their best. They made a lovely garden with a nice pool, sun beds and even a jacuzzi. It’s located about 2,5km outside of the tourist center, but they provide bicycles for you to get there more easy. A nice breakfast is included. Unfortunately, our room was not so clean. There had been a leakage, which caused the room to be very humid at all times. The bathroom was still very wet. The blankets were covered in mold. When we told the management they tried and find us another room but that one was even more damp. They did change the sheets and we could see they tried to find a solution. One more con was that guests can smoke on their balcony 🤢 which causes our room to smell like their smoke. All in all it was a good deal for the price we paid. If they fix the humid rooms and clean a bit better it would be an absolute steal.

The villa looks new and nicely decorated. The room is spacious and have a small table which suitable for drinking tea. But the really bad thing is the attitude of the staff is not really professional at all, at least she must have a bit of experience in the hospitality job but she doesn't have!

Hello Belinda, we are very thankful for your review since it would help other guests to have a clearer understanding about our place. We're so sorry but we would never accept the guest who made 3 fake booking on the OTA Channel and used the credit card without money to book for the hotel, required us to cancel the booking on Agoda when check-in, got drunk at midnight and took our cat into your bathroom and washed him at 1 AM without any permission from us. You have threaten the safety of our place by talking a lot about negative things including death and rape right before bringing our cat to your room to wash him at 1 AM that make a really noise (since the cat was panic then) to the other sleeping guests, Moreover we still keep the conversation with you on Whatsapp that you said how good our service was at first and then later on mentally abused me when you got drunk. Of all the thing here in above, we had no choice but inviting you to go out. Thank you Belinda,

Our room was lovely and clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, they even let us check into our room a few hours early! It is about a five minute drive or half an hour walk into the old town (they do have bikes you can use for free also!) but was a quiet and peaceful location!
