I couldn't wait to write the review for YiSu Hotel. We were travelers of 4 including 2 young active kids. The location of the hotel is perfect, 2~3 minutes away from Jiaoxi Train Station. Public hot spring spots are steps away. Night cum Morning market blocks away. Taxi stop stone throw away. We booked Quad Premium Room that came with an enormous bathing room. The kids loved the perdonal natural hotspring water tub. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Buffet Breakfast had good spread for all to choose. Before I end, we bought dinner from outside but the eatery forgot to gave us bowls. The short-haired lady at the conceirge went out of her way to get us some disposable bowls although the hotel didn't have. Appreciate her help. A Perfect 10 for YISU. ❤👌

Nicely run if a bit dated in decor.”
A good mid-range hotel not far from the train station. Lovely staff but with very little English language. A hotel that feels dated but is well run, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Have stayed twice and been happy both times. Value for money as many Jiaoxi hotels are very expensive.

Near to station, private hot spring tub”
The location is good with it being a short walk to nearby station (Jiaoxi). The hot spring bath tub in our room is definitely a good addition for couple stay. The breakfast is quite good and staffs are friendly in general.

Above average”
The room has a musty smell and the carpet is worn out. We are on the upper floor so not sure if the private room with tub as advertised is really spring water or just regular tap water. We initially booked 3 nights and decided to forfeit one night to make a detour to another place. Not worth the money.

No wifi. One of the Counter Staffs do not have adequate info when ask for information of shops, direction etc. spoke with her as the other senior staff went settle our carpark but how are we to know who to ask?. Will not recommend.

Excellent Location!!”
The location of the hotel is excellent. Less than a 2 mins walk from the hotel and you will see Jiaoxi Train Station which brings you to Yilan and Luodong. To the main street, a good 20 mins walk allows you to walk past many nice cakes and souvenirs stores including pon.com.tw (奕顺轩) and cakenobel.com (诺贝尔). The hotel has a very nice ambiance and kids friendly, having lego sets for kids to play while waiting to check in. I love the common toilets and the heat-activated toilet seats in a pretty chilly weather. Jiaoxi's weather can be chilly and sometimes drizzling. I also enjoyed the service of the staff, excellent! It has such a comfortable bed that we decided to laze a bit more, and go out later. We thought of eating, and going back to hotel to offload the buys and the service crew can clean after lunch. However, we took a much longer lunch and had to our surprise, the rooms were cleaned up already! Very excellent crew and polite! We enjoyed our stay there! Thank you!

Good location, large room and large bathtub, helpful staff”
We took the Kamalan bus to Jiaoxi Transfer Station. From there turn right and walk along Jiaoxi Road until you reach a road junction and see a building opposite with the words 'SLOT MACHINE' and on the left, you will see King Hotel. But 'King' is in Chinese characters on the building. Cross over to the building with the words 'SLOT MACHINE', turn left and cross the road again and you will see a laundry shop. Continue walking straight and you the hotel is just a few doors away. When we left, it was raining so we took a taxi to the bus station and it cost about NT120. If you are coming from Jiaoxi Train Station, the walk is much shorter. Exit from the station, keep left and walk straight ahead and you'll reach the hotel in about 2 minutes. The room and bathroom were spacious and had a very large bathtub. The staff allowed us to check in slightly earlier after checking that our room was ready. Breakfast was acceptable and was replenished quickly.

Stay in fairytale Yisu”
Easy to find the place. It is a basement parking, so please drive slow and be careful on this. It's our anniversary celebration and we were given a soft toy with a packet of biscult. Was given a room on level 8. The aircon was working well initially but out of sudden, the aircon is not cold. Inform the staff and after checking twice, they finally change us to a corner room. The new room is fine, however it is not sound proof. We can hear clearly the person nearby /above using the hot spring tub. The water flowing the water splash is loud. Finally I can have a good rest after the person nearby/above stop using the tub. Breakfast spread is good.

One good choice to stay”
Hotel location is good, about 5 minutes walk from train station. Room is clean, bath tub can be used as hot spring facility. Eateries and supermarkets/marts within walking distance. The customer service though could be improvised further as they portray introvert rather than extrovert. Could be more approaching in that sense.

Perfect location - mins walk to the Jiaoxi Train Station”
Nothing to complain about its location - it's only less than 5 mins walk from the Jiaoxi Station to the hotel. Located at the Jiaoxi central area and close to everything - onsen park, main street, station, etc. In general, the hotel room is also a standard one. Clean and tidy. Staff is nice too.

A fairly good place to stay in Yilan if you want affordable hot spring in your room - just take note that hot spring in Jiaoxi is of a lower density so it is colorless and odorless.

Comfy nice hot spring hotel”
The room was spacious, the bath tub was superb. The whole family take turn to soak in spring water. Waited only for a while the water has heated up and warm enuff to soak. The breakfast area has play area to entertain young kids. Very thoughtful and the front counter has very kids friendly lego display. Staff was friendly and fast service. Only cons the hotel breakfast spread variety was pathetic. But the hotel is surrounded with good local breakfast option so still ok. Will come back again, my young child love it.

Staffs are nice and friendly, the quad bedroom has a spacious bathroom, although the double bedroom is a little smaller. Tub is great, and also, hotel is located 5-10mins near the Tang Wei Gou Hot Springs Park.
