very convenient location a few minutes from the historic center - Piazza Maggiore. The apartment features all basic facilities a traveler might need, it was clean and the stuff- quite nice.

A convenient and decent place to stay for a weekend in Bologna.”

Well located and spacious flat with a nice little terrace and a good sized bedroom.
It would have been nice if there was a little bit of coffee supplied. Would personally also have appreciated if there were tablets to use the washing machine. Otherwise amenities were fine.

Lovely apartment in a great location for exploring Bologna”

The apartment is very nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable, and the terrace is lovely to hang out on. Everything was clean and there are a lot of nice restaurants around the location. All in all, we really liked our stay.
There were some details that were missing, like the fact that there was no soap, dish-washing detergent, salt/sugar and basic condiments, etc., which I am used to seeing when I rent an apartment (as opposed to a hotel room).

The apartment was a good size, comfortable bed, nice washer. Mark was helpful orientating me to the apartment.
With the air conditioner upstairs, downstairs was hot much of the time. Mark came to help with the settings. Recommended that a good fan would help

Very enjoyable and for a short stay I would have no hestitation rebooking again.”

The location of the apartment was excellent. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Added bonus is that there were 2 very good restaurants in our actual road. Booking at these restaurants highly recommended. We arrived here by taxi from the airport but going back we walked to the train station (25 min ) and caught the airport shuttle train which is a much cheaper option. The communication with owner was very good and she quite kindly let us enter the flat 2 hrs early as our airline had changed the flight to an earlier one.
On the whole there wasn't much not to like about the apartment. Bed was very comfortable and linen clean as was the whole apartment. The kitchen was fairly basic and the inclusion of some more basic items like a wooden chopping board and perhaps some breakfast bowls would have been appreciated. But on the whole , no real complaints.
