We are excited to provide you a great homestay in our condo!

The Sentinel Residences with address at 528 EDSA Cubao Quezon City located along northbound side of EDSA, in between PSSLAI building and shell gas station, near SM hypermarket, and in between MRT Santolan and Cubao Station, accessible by bus going to Fairview and go down before SM Hypermarket. It’s the newest and tallest building along EDSA in Cubao. It’s also just walking distance from Araneta City.

The swimming pool, gym and jogging path is at the 10th floor, free of charge.
The pool and gym is open for limited slots for the guests. (closed for Mondays)
Pls make your reservation at reception to use the pool and gym.
There will be a penalty of 500p If you use the pool and gym without reservation.
Pls disinfect yourself before you use them.

You can cook your own meal in the unit. We provide basic utensils but not the knife because it’s considered as dangerous weapon under our building policy and we are not allowed to provide it to guests.

We have a Smart TV with TV Plus. If you want to use Wifi, its additional Php100 per overnight stay. We provide soap and towels for your stay. You should bring your own sanitation pack such as shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. We also provide kettle to boil your drinking water. If you need extra drinking water, you can purchase from the convenience store next to our building.

We have 30 units listed in the same Building with the same features but may vary in bed sheets, display and bed positioning. We designed all our units to have the same features so that we can decide which unit to assign to you.

We hope you have a great stay with us! We may not have the expertise of an expensive hotel but we want you to have a great stay and feel at home in our condo. If we have missed out to clean a spot or there are some missing details that you need, please don’t hesitate to call or text Benjie at (0926) 821 2576. He also stays at 10i and his team will try their best to help you during your stay.
Parking is 300p per overnight. Pls call Benjie before arrival to reserve your slot.

We have trash bins provided for you in the unit. No smoking inside the unit because there is a smoke detector and if it goes off, the whole building will alarm. If you have to smoke, please smoke at the designated smoking area downstairs. If you badly need to smoke inside the unit, limit the same to the closed toilet and ensure that the whole unit will not smell like cigarette upon check out. Otherwise, we will charge a cleaning fee of Php1500. Please produce at least one valid ID upon check in.

Good location”

Condo is very near Araneta center. Good staff and host they are very accommodating . Actually this is the nth time we book in that cobdo. My only concern is that there is no parking for guest. there is a parking slot in the condo but charge is not reasonable. thank you

DO NOT BOOK FOR ANY UNIT OF THIS CONDO BUILDING PROPERTY”

DO NOT BOOK HERE - Gave us a twin bed INSTEAD OF A QUEEN! Stove tops don't work, the couch is an outdoor hardwood bench, the lobby staff way too nasty and the 3 caretakers (On sane shifts at that) move sooo slow. Toilet clogged, we had to go down to caretakers 2x and one of 3 of them took 2 hours to get to the unit, one was sleeping, one was watching TV and the other one just sitting looked totally drugged out! I asked for a new unit an hour ago since it's 10 more days in this stressful hell and NO RESPONSE!

Worst”

1. Aircon is defective 2. Heater is defective 3. Rugs and floormat are too dirty. 4. Towels are too thin.like 50ph worth towel in divisoria. 5. Very un accomadating agent benjie name 6. We booked for the pool. Agent says he will help. But on the day of our departure to sentinel. Agent is too hard to contact. Ending is we did not use the pool at all:(.
