Perfect guest house”
Best location staff were helpful rooms were massive only thing is I think the pool was under construction when we were there but hopefully that just means it’s better for who ever comes next time. Thank you for having us!

The room we stayed in was really simple and smelled moldy. We still managed to stay 3 night since we were only there to sleep but I would choose another place next time.

cheap hotel with Very Basic Amenities ”
It is good for those who looks for cheap hotel . Not recommended for couples . AC was in very bad condition and all amenities are very basic.

Good location, clean, standard hotel”
The location was good, on the beach, near the main strip. Unfortunately, the music from the nearby bar was pretty loud the first night...and the call to prayer from the mosque, too (but you're unlikely to be able to avoid that as Lombok is a Muslim island and the call to prayer can be heard most places). Friendly staff. The rooms were standard hotel rooms (which made a nice change from the basic places we stayed elsewhere on the island). Hot water in the showers, toiletries provided.

Only stayed here overnight on our way to Flores, but was pleasantly surprised for the price. Good location and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good as well.

The best budget bet in town”
Room smelled a little dusty, patio wasn't 100% clean. Breakfast just ok. But boy is this a great budget buy! And the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. Of all the places I stayed over three weeks in Indonesia, this was the best value for the money.

Unfinished hotel”
The hotel is situated on an unpaved road. During the dry season this is rather dusty and although management tries now and than to put some water on the road it does not really combat the dust totally. Than the hotel is surrounded by mosques on one side and with dancings with life music on the other side. This does not stimulate a quiet atmosphere at night. The WIFI signal did not reach my room, so also here no satisfaction. As a last point the construction of the hotel is not complete. The swimming pool is just an open hole in the ground. Rooms are unfinshed. All in all a lot of work needs to be done to make the hotel comfortable The hotel has now tied up with the OYO group. But so far I could not see improvements because of that. Feel sorry for the staff who were really friendly and tried to help.

i stayed in top floor room”
Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, nice view, comfortable bed and fridge. Air con not that cold, and shower in bath only, so not suited to older traveller. Staff arranged for scooter hire to explore and walking distance to shops, restaurants.

Good location, Friendly staff and they have guards at night. They can focus a bit on their communication before arriving. Wifi is not good and my tv was not working(not that you really need it. Breakfast was so so. Owner is very friendly and nice to chat with. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would go back.

A bit of Fawlty Towers experience”
The hotel does not have hot water. Period. Not some rooms missing or for some time. They simply have not connected their plumming to a bowler or smthng. Otherwise rooms are large, flat TVs, airconditioning, etc., but hygiene is not their strong concern. You get soap only if you insist, towels are changed if you are persistent. And the grand terrace shown on the pics is private, connected to one appartment, not for all to relax. No swimming pool, you have to march 15 min to another of their places in village. Wifi weak, you hunt it at some places. Breakfast is minimal and they seem unhappy if you come by Agoda or another online reservation, seems to prefer direct business.

Hotel really sucks! Uncomfortable, Awful, Disappointing, Really bad :(”
My header tells it all. The reason why the staff were friendly, helpful and patient is because their hotel really sucks. NO HOT SHOWER available. Breakfast sucks, i rather pay to eat outside. The place is full of dust. They have a big flat TV in the rooms with no channel, rusty kettle with no cup provided in the room, you need to wait for an hour for them to clean the room only after you arrive. Rooms were not clean the following day therefore you dont get bottled water refilled even after telling them.

Demasiado sucio!!!”
Esta muy bien ubicado, los empleados son amables pero esta asqueroso. Da la impresión de no haber sido limpiando nunca. No hacen la habitación en ningún momento. Tuve que solicitar papel de baño y que barrieran. Hay polillas por toda la habitación, el baño solo puede bajarse una vez y luego hay que esperar demasiado a que vuelva a llenar el tanque. Nada funcionaba, ni el aire acondicionado, ni la nevera, ni el televisor. Horrible nuestra experiencia.

A retenir”
Très bon emplacement, chambres très agréables. Dans peu de temps encore mieux sans doute, ils sont en plein travaux (sans désagréments pour les clients) et un jardin va être créé entre l'hôtel et la plage. Je recommande !
