Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff”
The hotel gradia 1 is very clean and staff is nice and friendly. I pay for 2 adult room but they give me 3 adult room because I have 2 toddle with us. Very kind hotel. The room is spacious. The ceiling is make me wonder is that made from asbetos. The bed is clean and big. Room is cozy and well equiped. But my husband and 4 years old say they are a bit scare that night because of the dog is screaming "hauuwww....." that night. In the morning, the breakfast is tasty noddle and friend rice and we climb to the tower and see that next to the hotel is cemetery. Overall is a good choice hotel for budget traveller or family. Location is good near Jatim Park 1, Batu Night Spectacular, Kusuma Agro Wisata, Jatim Park 2 with the price is 1/3 of other well known hotel.

Good.. overall is Good!! Location perfect.. Staff performance perfect.. cleanliness perfect... but, with the Batu, Malang todays climate make it very hot at night.. they should do have an air condition as an optional.. equal with the hotel rate they charged.. (tips. choose gradia 1, because they have a swimming pool.. to make you comfort by swimming a little while before you sleep..

Lovely small hotel but big room for family”
this hotel is very ideal for family stay because the room is soooo biggg! it's suprisingly newly decorated, very clean and tidy, and to me the big surpise was that they provided toiletries! toiletries never provided in small hotel. so, for you who don't mind using hotel towels, soaps, shampoo, tooth brush, and tooth paste (... yes, tooth paste!), you'll be very happy that you don't have to bring all those things during your stay in batu. especially towel, it's very messy to carry around, you know.... this hotel is highly recommended. i told all my other families about this hotel, showed them some pictures, and they liked it too. looking forward to stay in gradia hotel again

I would definitely stay here again if visiting Batu. Rooms were clean and adequate. Do print the map of Villa Gradia as we had a bit of trouble finding the place. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

villa & family hotel gradia batu-malang, east java, is quite strategic, close to jatim parks and agro tourism apple. by using public transportation, accessible to tourist attractions. the room is big and clean, and also good breakfast food.

Good hotel for family with young children”
I was there just for 1 day. The room and the room service was okay. The room was clean. 4 queen size bed were comfortable enough for family with young children. The location of the hotel is quite close to few attractions. The food selection for breakfast was not that many. Only local breakfast was served (Fried rice, fried chicken and vegetable soup). Maybe, need to serve western continental breakfast for western tourist. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Because late check in, i have room in the corner. The water heater work good. The room enough far from front desk, so i think i have a little trouble to find out the staff. The breakfadt at Gradia 2, so you must walking away to cross street about 20mtr to get your breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a great room. We did not like Batu as we imgined it to be a much smaller town but Batu was a small city. The hotel was great.
