Traveling can often be a bit stressful for us because my wife has coeliac disease, and finding genuinely gluten-free food that is safe from cross-contamination is always a challenge. However, from the very beginning of our stay at Fanar, we felt completely at ease and in good hands. Right from the moment we arrived, Chef Emad and the wonderful kitchen team went above and beyond to ensure that every breakfast and dinner was completely safe for her to enjoy. Chef Eman is not only an exceptional chef, but also a kind-hearted and incredibly thoughtful person. His attention to detail and care allowed us to finally relax and enjoy our meals without the usual worries that come with dining out. It made a world of difference to our experience. In addition to the outstanding culinary care, we are also deeply grateful to Ankush and Shrijit. Every evening, they made a point to check in with us and ensure everything was comfortable and just right.
