    “Cozy home with fantastic view”

    The location is perfect. Just a short walk to town but far enough to have peace and quiet. We booked the family room that has a large window to see the mountains. The room was large enough for 5 medium sized people, the beds were comfortable and they change towels and clean the room even for a short stay of 2 nights only. The free breakfast was very good. Many people come to this place to eat and they have good coffee and tea. The owners and his family were wonderful hosts. They’re friendly, helpful and very efficient. We even love the resident dog who greets us every time we come up to the cafe. This place is highly recommended, if like me, you appreciate warmth and charm of a real home

    “Exceptional”

    The corner is a bit noisy since all the people stay next rooms passed in front of this room and some people stepping harshly. The room is quite smelly when I entered at first. The rest is okay. Nice location, good facilities and tasty breakfast. Recommend you to stay and u don’t need to take taxi (nightmares for me) to go to downtown area.

    “2days one night stay”

    Overall was satisfied. We reached early on the day of our stay, and we're allowed to refresh and placed our bags while we continued with our travel around Sapa. The staff were kind and friendly, as we did not face difficulty during our check in and check out. The view is the best, and the stay was comfy. I would recommend this place, if ur looking for a stay with amazing views.

    This place offer fanrastic value of money with beautiful overlooking mountain, if you want peaceful olace very reccomended. The staff is hospitable, helpful specially the owner. Breakfast is good
